To deposit crypto assets to your Paribu account, you need to transfer from the platform or wallet you are sending from to Paribu's deposit address. A separate deposit address is generated for each asset and network. Crypto asset deposits are free of charge by Paribu; the network fee is paid on the blockchain by the sender.
To deposit a crypto asset on Paribu web, click the related asset on the Wallet page, select the Deposit button in the window that opens, and choose your deposit network. After selecting the network, copy the deposit address shown or use the QR code. Make a transfer from the platform or wallet you are sending from to this address; the transaction is completed within a few seconds to half an hour depending on the network confirmation time.
Warning: Entering the deposit address incorrectly or using a different network may result in asset loss.
Instead of copying the address manually, you can send using the QR code. If the platform you are sending from supports QR scanning, the address is transferred without errors.
Crypto assets can be transferred over multiple networks. Networks differ in transaction time, fee, and memo requirement. Paribu does not charge any fee for deposits; the fees shown in the network list are the blockchain network fees paid by the sender. On the web, after you click the Deposit button no network is preselected; you need to choose your network from the Select deposit network dropdown. Once a network is selected, the deposit address and QR code are shown.
Some assets such as XRP, XLM, ATOM, and TON require a Memo or Tag to be entered along with the deposit address. This field ensures that the transfer is routed to the correct account. For assets requiring a memo, this field is shown automatically on the deposit window.
Warning: For assets requiring a memo, your assets may be lost if the deposit is made without a memo. If a memo field is shown on the deposit window, make sure to note this information and enter it during sending.

Under legal regulations, sender information must be identified in all crypto deposits within the scope of the Travel Rule. When your deposit reaches Paribu, you are asked to enter sender information. The steps you follow differ for transfers from your own account, from another person, or from an institution.
Transfer information (amount, symbol, address, time) is filled in automatically and is read-only.
Warning: If you exit without entering the sender information, your transfer is not approved. Unapproved transfers are not completed; the asset is not credited to your account and is kept on hold.

The transaction time varies by selected network. It can be completed in ~30 minutes on the Bitcoin network, ~3 minutes on Tron (TRC-20), or within a few seconds on XRP. Blockchain congestion may affect these times.
