You can withdraw the crypto assets in your Paribu account to other platforms or wallets. Transfers to Paribu users are completed free of charge and instantly. For withdrawals to external platforms or independent wallets, a network fee is applied; the fee varies based on the selected network and is charged not by Paribu but by the blockchain network.
To withdraw a crypto asset on Paribu web, click the asset you want to withdraw on the Wallet page, select the Withdraw button in the window that opens, and enter the withdrawal address. After selecting the network and entering the amount, click the Withdraw button. Once you complete the Travel Rule information entry, your withdrawal starts.
Warning: Entering the withdrawal address incorrectly or using a different network may result in asset loss. A confirmed withdrawal cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Crypto assets can be transferred over multiple networks. Networks differ in transaction time, fee, and memo requirement. A network is selected by default on the withdrawal window; if you want to use a different network, you can click the selected network to choose from the available networks.

Some assets such as XRP, XLM, ATOM, and TON require a Memo or Tag to be entered along with the withdrawal address. This field ensures that the transfer is routed to the correct account. For assets requiring a memo, this field is shown automatically on the withdrawal window.

The steps you follow differ for transfers to your own account, to another person, or to an institution. Under legal regulations, you need to wait 72 hours from the time of account opening on your first crypto withdrawal. On subsequent withdrawals this period is 48 hours; at least 48 hours must have passed since the purchase or deposit of the related asset. Locked balance shows your assets whose 48/72 hour waiting period has not yet ended. These assets cannot be used for withdrawal until the waiting period is completed. You can see the locked balance and the remaining time on the withdrawal screen.
