There are several possible reasons for your balance not being credited to your account after a crypto asset deposit. In most cases, the issue is the network confirmation time or expectation of Travel Rule information entry; however, different reasons such as wrong network selection or missing memo can also occur.
A crypto asset you sent to your Paribu account is not reflected in your balance until the confirmation count on the blockchain network is complete. After confirmations are complete, you need to enter Travel Rule information; the asset remains pending until the form is completed. Apart from these, wrong network selection or missing memo may also cause your balance not to be visible.
Crypto asset transfers occur on the blockchain network, and each network's confirmation time differs. Even if your transfer appears "completed" on the sending side, the confirmation count on the network needs to be complete for it to be reflected in your Paribu account. You can track the status of your transfer by searching the TX hash from the platform you sent from on a block explorer (Etherscan, Blockstream, Tronscan, etc.).
If your balance has not been updated despite network confirmations being complete, check whether Travel Rule information entry is pending.
By legal regulations, sender information must be defined via the Travel Rule form for crypto assets coming from outside. When network confirmations are complete, the asset is first placed in pending status; when you complete the form, it is credited to your balance.
To reach the pending Travel Rule form, tap the Wallet tab in the bottom navigation, go to the relevant asset's detail screen, and follow the Travel Rule information entry notification displayed among pending transfers. When the form is completed, the asset is transferred to your available balance.
Warning: If you exit the form without entering sender information, the asset continues to remain pending and is not credited to your account. You can complete the form whenever you want

Another reason your balance is not visible is selecting the wrong network during sending or not entering the memo for an asset that requires one. These cases require a different resolution process from network confirmation or Travel Rule:
You can identify your situation by checking the TX hash from the platform you sent from and the network you selected.
Even if your crypto deposit has completed network confirmations and the Travel Rule check, the relevant balance is temporarily placed in locked status under MASAK regulation. A 72-hour waiting period applies before the first crypto withdrawal, and a 48-hour waiting period applies after each subsequent purchase or deposit.
To check your locked balance, tap the relevant asset from the Wallet tab and look at the Locked amount field on the detail screen. When you tap the locked amount, on the screen that opens you can see your amount subject to the waiting period and the remaining countdown.
Note: The waiting period only affects external crypto withdrawals. You can continue to trade and make internal transfers within Paribu with your locked balance
For waiting period and operation details, you can view the 72 ve 48 saat bekleme süreleri nedir? article.
If your balance is still not visible despite network confirmations being complete, the Travel Rule form being filled, and waiting periods having passed, start a live support chat through Paribu Support and report your situation. To allow your request to be resolved quickly, it is recommended to have the TX hash, the network and platform you sent from, the deposit amount, and the transaction date ready.
If the transaction status appears as "confirmed" or "success" on the block explorer but there is no balance in your Paribu account, the Travel Rule form may be awaiting completion. Check from the relevant asset's detail in the Wallet tab whether there is a pending information entry notification. If there is no notification, you can create a request by sharing your TX hash via the live support chat.
Yes. The deposited asset remains pending until you complete the form, and there is no time limit. You can fill out the form whenever you want by going to the relevant asset's detail in the Wallet tab. The asset does not move to the available balance until the form is completed.
The operation time varies by network: ~30 minutes with Bitcoin, ~3 minutes with Tron (TRC-20), and a few seconds with Ripple (XRP). After network confirmation is complete, the Travel Rule form needs to be filled and the waiting period, if any, needs to end.
A minimum deposit amount may be applied for some assets on Paribu. Sends below the minimum amount may not be reflected in your account. In this case, you can get information via the live support chat.
Copy the TX hash from the platform you sent from and search it on the relevant block explorer: you can use Blockstream for Bitcoin, Etherscan for Ethereum, and Tronscan for Tron. If the transaction status is "confirmed" or "success", the transfer has been completed on the network.
