If you sent TRY from your bank account to Paribu but the amount is not visible in your account, the reason is usually that the transfer method or the sending account does not meet the acceptance conditions. You can check the heading below that fits your situation.
TRY transfers sent to Paribu reach the account automatically after the sender information is checked. If the transfer was not made from an account registered in your name, if the recipient name was not written correctly, or if a method that is not accepted such as an ATM, a credit card, or a bank branch counter was used, the amount does not reach your account and is refunded. Amounts sent with EFT, on the other hand, are processed on the next business day outside bank working hours.

Transfers in which Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. is not written in the recipient name section are refunded. While making the transfer, it is recommended to copy the recipient name from the TRY deposit screen in the app and use it.

TRY deposits may have stopped temporarily because of an issue at the banks. In this case you see this warning in the app: "TRY deposits are currently unavailable due to banking issues. Please try again later."
If your account's verification process is ongoing or its access has been restricted, the deposit is not completed. In this case you can check the steps in the My account is verified but I cannot transact article.
