If you have completed account verification but still cannot perform TRY deposits, crypto trading, or withdrawals, your account is likely in one of the states below. Most of these can be resolved on your own in a few steps; some require a support team review.
When you open the Paribu app, the home screen or transaction screens usually show a guiding notice (e.g. "Approve agreement"); completing that step is usually enough. If no notice is shown, work through the sections below.
The last step of account verification is approving the Paribu Terms of Use and Membership Agreement. If you skipped this step, your account looks verified but financial operations remain disabled.
See the Approve the agreement section in How do I verify my Paribu account? for the full flow.
By legal regulation, after your identity verification is complete you must make at least one TRY deposit to your account from a bank account registered in your own name before financial operations are enabled. This check is one-time; once you complete it, all TRY and crypto operations open up.
To meet the first TRY deposit requirement:
Warning: ATM card/cardless deposits, credit card transfers, joint accounts, and transfers from someone else's account do not satisfy the first deposit requirement; they are refunded.
For details, see How to deposit Turkish lira (TRY).
If you see "Under review" ("İnceleniyor") on your account, your verification may be complete but the Paribu security or compliance team is performing an additional check. In this case:
If the review is taking long and you have not received a request for more information, start a live support chat through Paribu Support to learn your status.
If you see "Banned" ("Yasaklandı") on your account, it has been closed to transactions by Paribu policy or regulation. A banned account is different from a locked account: locks come from the user or from security and can be lifted via support; bans are policy/compliance outcomes.
Banned accounts cannot perform TRY or crypto operations. Ban reasons cannot always be detailed for security purposes. To learn your status or appeal, call Paribu Support: 0850 303 60 00. Before calling, have ready your full name, email address registered on the account, and Turkish ID number to speed up the process.
If none of the four states above match your case, start a live support chat through Paribu Support. To resolve your case quickly, have ready: your registered email address, the type of transaction you are trying (TRY deposit/withdrawal, crypto trade, etc.), the exact error message or notice on the screen, and when the issue started.
The three most common reasons: skipping the agreement approval, not yet completing the first TRY deposit requirement, and being under review. The guiding notices on the home and transaction screens usually show which step is missing.
No. The first TRY deposit can only be made from a demand bank account in your own name via FAST or EFT/wire. Credit cards, ATM card/cardless deposits, joint accounts, and transfers from someone else's account are not accepted and are refunded.
Review duration varies by case; no standard timeline is promised. Replying quickly to any request for additional information or documents helps shorten the process.
For a banned account, the only path is to contact Paribu Support: 0850 303 60 00. The support team reviews your case and starts the appeal/resolution process if possible.
No. Agreement approval can only be completed from the Paribu mobile app.
