How to withdraw Toncoin (TON)

You can send the Toncoin (TON) in your Paribu account to another platform, an independent wallet, or a Paribu user. For TON transfers, if the recipient has a Memo value, this field is mandatory; for withdrawals made without a memo, your assets may not reach the recipient account.

How is Toncoin (TON) withdrawn?

To withdraw TON on Paribu web, click the Toncoin (TON) asset on the Wallet page, select the Withdraw button in the window that opens, and enter the withdrawal address. After selecting TON as the network and entering the recipient's Memo value and the amount, click the Withdraw button. The transaction is completed within a few seconds over the TON network.

Before you start

  • You must have completed your account verification
  • Under legal regulations, at least 48 hours must have passed since the purchase or deposit of TON (72 hours for the first withdrawal)
  • You must have obtained the recipient's Memo value beforehand

Withdraw Toncoin (TON)

  1. Open Paribu.com and go to the Wallet page
  2. Click the Toncoin (TON) asset on the asset list
  3. Click the Withdraw button in the window that opens
  4. Enter or paste the withdrawal address, or click the address book icon in the address field to choose from your saved addresses or recent transactions
  5. Select the TON network in the Network to send field
  6. Enter the recipient's memo value in the Memo field
  7. Enter the amount you want to send
  8. Click the Withdraw button
  9. Complete the Travel Rule information entry and confirm the transaction with your authentication method

Warning: If the recipient has a Memo value, this field must be filled in. For withdrawals made without a memo or with an incorrect memo, your assets may not reach the recipient account.

Memo entry

For TON withdrawals, in addition to the recipient's wallet address, the Memo value also needs to be entered. This field is shown automatically below the address field on the withdrawal window.

You can find the memo value from the recipient platform or wallet. Enter the memo value shown alongside the address on the recipient's deposit screen into the withdrawal window.

Note: Some independent wallets may not require a memo. If the recipient wallet does not request a memo, you can leave this field empty. For exchange and platform transfers, a memo is generally mandatory.

TON network details

TON can only be withdrawn over the TON network. Network details:

  • Network: TON
  • Estimated time: ~a few seconds
  • Memo: Mandatory (if required by recipient)

Note: The withdrawal fee is charged not by Paribu but by the blockchain network. No network fee is applied for transfers to Paribu users.

Important information

  • For TON withdrawals, if the recipient has a Memo value, this field must be filled in
  • Transfers to Paribu users are completed instantly with no network fee
  • Under legal regulations, withdrawals cannot be made before at least 48 hours have passed since the purchase or deposit of TON; on the first withdrawal this period is applied as 72 hours
  • The transaction is generally completed within a few seconds over the TON network
  • A confirmed withdrawal cannot be cancelled or reversed
  • You can track the status of your transfer on the blockchain with your TX code
  • Crypto withdrawals cannot be made for 48 hours after a password or email change
