How to deposit Toncoin (TON)

To deposit Toncoin (TON) into your Paribu account, you need to transfer from the platform or wallet you are sending from to Paribu's TON deposit address. For TON transfers, a Memo must be entered along with the deposit address; for deposits made without a memo, your assets may not be reflected in your account.

How is Toncoin (TON) deposited?

To deposit TON on Paribu web, click the Toncoin (TON) asset on the Wallet page, select the Deposit button in the window that opens, and select TON as the network. Note both the deposit address shown and the Memo value together; make a transfer from the platform or wallet you are sending from by entering both pieces of information. The transaction is completed within a few seconds over the TON network.

Deposit Toncoin (TON)

  1. Open Paribu.com and go to the Wallet page
  2. Click the Toncoin (TON) asset on the asset list
  3. Click the Deposit button in the window that opens
  4. Select the TON network from the Select deposit network field
  5. Copy the deposit address on the screen
  6. Copy the Memo value shown below the address
  7. Make a transfer from the platform or wallet you are sending from by entering both the address and the Memo value

Warning: If a Memo is not entered for a TON deposit, your assets may not be reflected in your account. Make sure to copy the memo value shown on the deposit window and enter it during sending.

Instead of copying the address and memo value manually, you can send using the QR code. The QR code contains both the address and the Memo value.

What is memo?

A memo is an identifier that ensures the transfer is routed to the correct account in TON transfers. On Paribu, all users share a common TON deposit address; thanks to the Memo, your transfer is matched to your account.

The Memo value is shown automatically just below the address on the deposit window. Do not change this value; always use the memo value Paribu has assigned to you.

Note: On some platforms and wallets this field may be called "Memo", "Tag", or "Destination Tag". Whatever name it appears under, enter the value Paribu has given you in this field.

TON network details

TON can only be deposited over the TON network. Network details:

  • Network: TON
  • Estimated time: ~a few seconds
  • Memo: Mandatory

Note: No fee is charged by Paribu for TON deposits. The network fee is paid on the blockchain by the sender.

Important information

  • For TON deposits, the address and Memo must be used together
  • For deposits made without a memo or with an incorrect memo, your assets may not be reflected in your account; in this case you can get help through the support chat
  • The TON deposit address can only be used over the TON network
  • The transaction is generally completed within a few seconds over the TON network
  • When your deposit reaches Paribu, you need to complete the Travel Rule information entry; uncompleted transfers are kept on hold
  • The minimum deposit amount may vary by asset
