How to withdraw Ethereum (ETH)

You can send the Ethereum (ETH) in your Paribu account to another platform, an independent wallet, or a Paribu user. Ethereum can only be withdrawn over the Ethereum (ERC-20) network; no memo or tag is required. Transfers to Paribu users are completed free of charge and instantly.

How is Ethereum (ETH) withdrawn?

To withdraw Ethereum on Paribu web, click the Ethereum (ETH) asset on the Wallet page, select the Withdraw button in the window that opens, and enter the withdrawal address. After selecting Ethereum (ERC-20) as the network and entering the amount, click the Withdraw button. Once you complete the Travel Rule information entry, your withdrawal starts; the transaction is completed in approximately 5 minutes depending on the Ethereum network confirmation time.

Before you start

  • You must have completed your account verification
  • Under legal regulations, at least 48 hours must have passed since the purchase or deposit of Ethereum (72 hours for the first withdrawal)

Withdraw Ethereum (ETH)

  1. Open Paribu.com and go to the Wallet page
  2. Click the Ethereum (ETH) asset on the asset list
  3. Click the Withdraw button in the window that opens
  4. Enter or paste the withdrawal address, or click the address book icon in the address field to choose from your saved addresses or recent transactions
  5. Select the Ethereum (ERC-20) network in the Network to send field
  6. Enter the amount you want to send
  7. Click the Withdraw button
  8. Complete the Travel Rule information entry and confirm the transaction with your authentication method

Warning: Entering the withdrawal address incorrectly or using a different network may result in asset loss. A confirmed withdrawal cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Ethereum network details

Ethereum can only be withdrawn over the Ethereum (ERC-20) network. Network details:

  • Network: Ethereum (ERC-20)
  • Estimated time: ~5 minutes
  • Withdrawal fee: The network fee is shown on the withdrawal window

Note: The withdrawal fee is charged not by Paribu but by the blockchain network. No network fee is applied for transfers to Paribu users.

Important information

  • The Ethereum withdrawal address can only be used over the Ethereum (ERC-20) network
  • Transfers to Paribu users are completed instantly with no network fee
  • Under legal regulations, withdrawals cannot be made before at least 48 hours have passed since the purchase or deposit of Ethereum; on the first withdrawal this period is applied as 72 hours
  • The transaction time may vary based on Ethereum network congestion
  • A confirmed withdrawal cannot be cancelled or reversed
  • You can track the status of your transfer on the blockchain with your TX code
  • Crypto withdrawals cannot be made for 48 hours after a password or email change
