What is Paribu?

Trading types on Paribu
You can trade crypto assets on Paribu in three different views. In the Easy buy/sell screen, tap the order type chip at the top right and select Pro buy/sell to switch to Pro. In the Pro and Depth screens, use the ⋯ menu at the top right to switch between views.
- Easy buy/sell — Enter the amount and complete the transaction in a single step. Ideal for beginners
- Pro buy/sell — Paribu's classic trading experience; controlled trading with an order book, chart, and order types
- Depth view — Depth, chart, and advanced order types

Commission structure
On Paribu, trading commissions decrease across eight tiers based on your trading volume in the last 30 days. At the first tier, the maker rate is 0.12% and the taker rate is 0.28%; at the eighth tier, they drop to 0.01% and 0.1% respectively. If your Loyalty level is Green+ or higher, an additional discount applies on top of these standard rates.

Security infrastructure
User assets on Paribu are protected with a multi-layered structure. At the foundation of this structure is ColdShield®: Paribu's own security architecture, which stores most digital assets in offline environments. The same infrastructure also forms the basis of Paribu Custody, the digital asset custody service for institutional clients.
