What is Paribu Pass?
Paribu Pass is a new ticketing experience for culture, arts, and entertainment. It brings audiences, artists, creators, and cultural institutions together on a shared platform. From concerts and theatre to cinema, festivals, sports, and stand-up shows, Paribu Pass offers tickets for a wide range of events in one place, with no extra fees.
With Paribu Pass, benefits start from the very first ticket. As users buy tickets, they move up to Expert and Premium levels, unlocking higher discounts at each step. In this way, every ticket makes the next experience more advantageous.
Since 2020, Paribu has worked with more than 30 partners in culture and arts, helping over 32 million people engage with art. Paribu Pass carries this contribution further as a ticketing platform that expands the Paribu universe into new areas.

What is Paribu Custody?
Introduced by Paribu in 2024, Paribu Custody is an institutional digital asset custody platform designed to help organizations securely store and manage their digital assets. Operating as Türkiye's first and only crypto asset service provider built on its own proprietary technology, Paribu Custody offers a single infrastructure for private key protection, transaction management, and compliance needs across crypto asset platforms, banks, asset managers, fintechs, and other institutions.
At the core of Paribu Custody is ColdShield®, a technology developed by Paribu engineers. Combining MPC, HSM, and Secure Enclave technologies, Paribu Custody stands out with an architecture built around private key security, multi-approval mechanisms, and reduced single-point-of-failure risk. Beyond custody, it also provides a governance layer where authorization and transaction policies can be customized.
The platform complements institutional operations with role-based access, policy management, transaction approval flows, API integration, AML/KYB controls, staking, and broad network and token support. What is ColdShield®?
ColdShield® is a multi-layered crypto asset custody and security architecture developed by Paribu engineers. It brings HSM, Secure Enclave, and MPC technologies together in a unified and resilient structure, forming the foundation of transaction and asset security at Paribu.
Paribu uses its own ColdShield® technology to store and protect the assets of users trading on its platform. The architecture is designed to strengthen private key security, reduce single-point-of-failure risk, and protect crypto assets in line with global security standards.
What is Clave?
Clave is a decentralized smart wallet application founded by Baki Er, Rafi Ersözlü, and Ulaş Erdoğan. The company joined Paribu in March 2026. Clave enables users to self-custody their crypto assets, make payments, and access decentralized finance products.
By using Account Abstraction and passkey technologies, Clave addresses one of the biggest barriers in decentralized wallet adoption: the seed phrase problem. This gives users a simpler and more accessible wallet experience while keeping crypto assets under their own control, bringing wallet usage closer to the feel of everyday finance applications.
The app also offers passive yield opportunities through stablecoins and Ethereum staking. Clave users can make payments with the stablecoins held in their wallets at more than 200 million Visa merchants across over 100 countries. In this sense, Clave is not only a custody tool; it is positioned as a personal onchain finance application that brings together payments, staking, and decentralized finance opportunities.
Clave's addition to Paribu creates an important foundation for Paribu users to access DeFi, dApps, stablecoins, global payments, and staking within the Paribu universe.
What is Paribu Art?
Paribu Art creates a next-generation space where art meets technology, with a focus on interdisciplinary production, broader access to art, and deeper interaction.
By integrating the possibilities of digital transformation into production, exhibition, and access processes, Paribu Art aims to build an original and contemporary art ecosystem inspired by local culture and open to global dialogue.
With three different spaces designed to host versatile events, Paribu Art is positioned as a new meeting point for the culture and arts scene. The Main Stage offers a multi-purpose space with a capacity of 1,200 people. Equipped with advanced sound, lighting, and video systems, it enables a wide range of creative experiences, from concerts and launches to special screenings and international productions.
The Side Stage, with its flexible structure and 300-person capacity, creates an ideal environment for alternative productions, exhibitions, and creative gatherings. With its daylight-filled architecture and 450-square-meter area, the Foyer offers an elegant and comfortable setting for events ranging from launches to award ceremonies.

What is Paribu Ventures?
Founded in January 2022, Paribu Ventures is Paribu's investment arm focused on innovative technologies in blockchain and crypto assets. Established with a fund size of $30 million, Paribu Ventures announced its first investment in March 2022.
As of the last quarter of 2025, Paribu Ventures had invested more than $8 million in 20 startups. Its portfolio is especially concentrated in tokenization, decentralized finance, and infrastructure layer projects.
Known portfolio companies of Paribu Ventures include Neol, Dexalot, Inverter Network, Roamless, and Fnatic.
What is Paribu Hub?
Paribu Hub was founded in 2020 to develop the technologies of the future together with young people. Through collaborations and grant programs focused on universities, student clubs, and communities that create value for the ecosystem, Paribu Hub supports young people who use technology to solve the problems of today and tomorrow.
What is Team Paribu?
Team Paribu was founded in 2021 to contribute to the development of sports culture in Türkiye. Positioned as Paribu's gateway into the world of sports, Team Paribu reflects Paribu's belief in Türkiye's potential to become a stronger sports country and aims to build public awareness, especially around individual sports.
Team Paribu's main projects since its launch include Team Paribu Mentor, Team Paribu Seninle, Hodri Meydan, and Chronicles.
Team Paribu received an award in the Positive Social Impact / Social Responsibility category at the 2022 Sardis Awards. It also received an Achievement Award at the 2023 Felis Awards for the Team Paribu Opinion Leaders Communication project, and a Silver Award at the 2025 Brandverse Awards in the Sports Projects category of the Social Responsibility and Sustainability section with Team Paribu Seninle: Sports Fields in the Earthquake Region.
