What are the Loyalty levels and benefits?
Paribu Loyalty is designed as a tiered program where you advance automatically based on the assets in your account, your trading volume, and your crypto year. Each level offers a benefit package that includes trading commission discounts on Turkish lira and USDT pairs, additional staking rewards, and crypto withdrawal discounts at higher levels. The levels are ordered as Green, Green+, Black, and Black+.
How does the Loyalty program work?
The Loyalty level is determined by evaluating three criteria together: the asset amount in your account, the trading volume you generated in the last 3 months, and your crypto year. You automatically advance to the level whose criteria you meet; the benefits become active immediately and your level status is evaluated continuously.
Each level has different requirements. To advance to the Green level, completing your account verification and depositing assets to your account is enough. At higher levels, trading volume and crypto year are added to the asset threshold.
Note: Crypto year shows how many years you have been trading in the crypto world. Your membership duration on Paribu is taken as the basis; you can increase your crypto year by documenting your experience on another crypto platform.
Your level is recalculated every day at 00:00. When you meet the criteria, your level is updated after the calculation is complete.

Note: To advance to a level, you need to meet all of the requirements of that level at the same time. Meeting only the asset threshold or only the trading volume does not change the level.
Green
To advance to the Green level, you need to complete account verification and have at least TRY 1,000 in assets in your account. Green is the first level where you earn benefits in the Loyalty program; commission discounts and other benefits become available as you advance to higher levels.

Green+
To advance to the Green+ level, you need to meet the following three conditions together:
- You must have at least TRY 100,000 in assets in your account
- You must have generated at least TRY 1 million in trading volume in the last 3 months
- Your crypto year must be at least 1 year
Benefits:
- An additional 5% commission discount on trading transactions for Turkish lira pairs
- An additional 15% commission discount on trading transactions for USDT pairs
- +0.5% additional rewards on staking
- Chance to enjoy Premium privileges on Paribu Pass
Black
To advance to the Black level, you need to meet the following three conditions together:
- You must have at least TRY 500,000 in assets in your account
- You must have generated at least TRY 10 million in trading volume in the last 3 months
- Your crypto year must be at least 2 years
Benefits:
- An additional 10% commission discount on trading transactions for Turkish lira pairs
- An additional 20% commission discount on trading transactions for USDT pairs
- 25% discount on your crypto withdrawal transactions
- +1% additional rewards on staking
- Up to 10% discount with Premium privileges on Paribu Pass
Black+
To advance to the Black+ level, you need to meet the following three conditions together:
- You must have at least TRY 1 million in assets in your account
- You must have generated at least TRY 50 million in trading volume in the last 3 months
- Your crypto year must be at least 5 years
Benefits:
- An additional 15% commission discount on trading transactions for Turkish lira pairs
- An additional 25% commission discount on trading transactions for USDT pairs
- 50% discount on your crypto withdrawal transactions
- +2.5% additional rewards on staking
- Up to 10% discount with Premium privileges on Paribu Pass
How does a level advance and stay protected?
Your Loyalty level advances automatically the moment your account status meets the requirements, and the benefits become active immediately. When you stop meeting a criterion, you keep your current level for a certain period. The last day of this period appears as the validity date on your active level card on the Loyalty detail screen.
During the protection period:
- Your level benefits remain protected
- Reminder notifications are sent so you can complete the missing criterion
- If you meet the criterion again by the validity date, your level is preserved
- If the criteria are still not met on the validity date, your level is automatically updated to the level below
Note: The protection period is an opportunity to recover your level. By depositing additional assets to your account or increasing your trading volume, you can meet the requirements again by the validity date.
Increase your crypto year by proving your industry experience
If you meet the asset threshold and trading volume requirements to advance to a higher level but cannot meet the crypto year requirement, you can increase your crypto year by documenting the time you spent on different crypto asset trading platforms. Submitting a document showing the account opening date of a previously started membership on another platform is enough.
You can reach this application from two places: the Document your crypto history link in the Crypto year benefit banner in the My account section, or the Document your crypto history link shown under the crypto year condition in the Requirements section of the Loyalty detail screen. Both links take you to the same application step. In the application, you are asked for a document showing the account opening date on another crypto platform; documents such as transaction history, an invoice, a welcome email, or a screenshot are accepted. You can upload the document by taking a photo, choosing from your gallery, or uploading a file (PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC); the file must be at most 10 MB in size, and the platform name and account opening date must be clearly visible.
After you submit your application, the documentation link under the crypto year condition is replaced by the Your application is being evaluated status; the document upload link is not shown again until your application is concluded. Your application is reviewed by Paribu; you can track its progress from your support requests. When your document is found suitable, your crypto year is updated accordingly. Since the highest crypto year required by the level requirements is 5, if your crypto year is already 5 or above, you do not need to submit a document and this application option is not shown.

Frequently asked questions
How can I see which Loyalty level I am at?
When you open the My account section by tapping the menu icon at the top left of the screen, your current Loyalty level appears in the Paribu benefits row. By tapping this row, you can open the detail screen; here you can see the benefits of your current level, the requirements remaining to the next level, and a comparison of all levels. From the Terms and conditions link at the bottom of the screen, you can access the Loyalty program terms.
I meet multiple criteria but my crypto year is not enough, will my level advance?
No. To advance to a level, you need to meet all the requirements of that level at the same time. Even if you meet the asset threshold and trading volume, the advancement to the related level is not made until your crypto year reaches the required value. However, you can increase your crypto year by documenting your experience on different crypto platforms; for details, see the "Increase your crypto year by proving your industry experience" section above.
If my level drops, do I lose my benefits immediately?
No. When you stop meeting a criterion, you keep your current level until the validity date shown on your level card; during this period, your benefits continue and reminder notifications are sent. If you meet the criterion again by the validity date, your level is preserved; if not, it is updated to the level below.
