After you confirm your crypto withdrawal, a confirmation link is sent to the email address registered to your account. If you cannot receive this link or it has expired, you can resolve the issue with the following steps.
When you initiate a crypto withdrawal on Paribu, a confirmation link valid for 2 hours is sent to the email address registered to your account. If the email is not arriving, check the spam or junk folder, make sure your email provider has not blocked Paribu, or verify that the email address registered to your account is correct. If the period has expired, you simply need to restart the withdrawal.
In the crypto withdrawal flow, after completing the amount, address, and Travel Rule information, Paribu automatically sends a confirmation link to the email address registered to your account. This address is shown masked on the withdrawal screen (e.g. z****@gmail.com). The link is valid for 2 hours; if you do not confirm within this period, the withdrawal request is cancelled and your balance returns to your available balance.
Note: The confirmation email is sent only for withdrawals to an external platform or independent wallet. Email confirmation is not required for internal transfers to a Paribu user
There are several possible reasons and solutions for the email not arriving:
If you notice that the masked email address is not an address you can access, you need to update your email address first. For details, you can view the E-posta adresimi nasıl değiştirebilirim? article.
Warning: When you change your email address, crypto withdrawal cannot be performed for 48 hours for security reasons
If the 2-hour confirmation period has expired, the withdrawal request is cancelled and the relevant amount returns to your available balance. To perform the operation, you simply need to restart the withdrawal steps: tap the Send button on the Wallet tab, select the relevant asset and your send destination, then re-enter address, amount, and Travel Rule information.
A new confirmation email is sent automatically. This time, check your email quickly and confirm before the 2-hour period ends.
If the confirmation email continues not to arrive despite applying the steps above, start a live support chat through Paribu Support and report your situation. Sharing the name of your email provider and the date you initiated the withdrawal helps your issue to be resolved quickly.
A new confirmation email cannot be sent for the same withdrawal request. You can create a new request by restarting the withdrawal steps; in this case, a new confirmation email is sent.
Your balance returns to your available balance; no deduction is made. You can try again by restarting the withdrawal.
If you do not have access to the email address registered to your account, you need to update your email address first. If you have access to the app, you can make changes from the top-left menu icon via My account > Account and settings > Personal information; if not, you can do so through Paribu Support.
