By saving the crypto wallet addresses you frequently withdraw to in Paribu's Address book screen, you can make fast and secure transfers without having to enter them again every time. Each record consists of one asset, one network, and one address; it is listed with a user-defined label.
On Paribu.com, you can manage the crypto wallet addresses you frequently withdraw to from the Address book page in the Account menu. On the web, adding is completed through a single window; adding via QR code is only available in the Paribu app.
To add a wallet address, click the + icon (or the Add crypto wallet address button if there is no record yet) in the Crypto wallet addresses section on the Address book page. In the window that opens, fill in the address name, asset, network, and wallet address fields.

In a withdrawal made to an address saved with the wrong network, your assets do not reach the recipient and cannot be recovered. Verify the network the address was created on with the recipient platform or wallet.
To see the details of a wallet record in the address book, click the card. In the window that opens, the address name, asset, network, and wallet address are shown together.
The Edit address and Delete address buttons are at the bottom of the window.
Only the address name (label) of a saved wallet address can be edited. The asset, network, and wallet address cannot be changed for security reasons; if a change is needed in these fields, you need to delete the record and recreate it.
Note: The address name is only shown in your own address book; it does not appear on the blockchain or on the recipient side. Choose a descriptive label that helps you remember the wallet.
To remove a saved wallet address, use the delete option in the detail window. Deleting removes the record from the address book; it does not affect past withdrawals to this address.
Note: A deleted wallet record cannot be recovered. To use the same address again, you need to follow the adding steps again.
Crypto assets are transferred over different blockchain networks, and each network has its own address format. The network you add to the address book must exactly match the network supported by the recipient wallet. Otherwise, your assets may be lost during sending.
Warning: Network selection is very important for stablecoins used on multiple networks, such as USDT and USDC. A USDT address on Ethereum (ERC20) cannot receive sends through the Tron (TRC20) network; the two networks are not directly compatible.
Each address record matches a single asset and a single network. If you use the same wallet for multiple networks, you need to create separate records for each network (for example, "Binance USDT — TRC20" and "Binance USDT — ERC20").
No. The network of a saved address cannot be changed. When a network change is needed, you need to delete the existing record and create a new record with the correct network. This rule is applied to prevent transfers to the wrong network.
No. The records in the address book provide selection convenience on the withdrawal screen; Paribu does not send to any address automatically. In every withdrawal, you confirm which address and network the send will go to.
No. The QR code only carries the address text; the information about which network it belongs to is not reliably included in the QR code. You are responsible for setting the network information from the Network selection field.
Address book information is private to your account only; Paribu does not share these records with other users. When you want to share an address with someone else, you can copy the address and send it through the channel you prefer.
Crypto asset transfers made to the wrong network are technically on a different network, so recovering them is in most cases not possible. When you encounter such a situation, you need to start a live support chat through Paribu Support to report the situation; the recovery process varies based on the asset, network, and recipient platform.
