My account shows 'Under review'
If you see "Under review" ("İnceleniyor") on your account, your verification may be complete but the Paribu security or compliance team is performing an additional check. TRY and crypto transactions are paused until the review finishes.
How long does the review take?
Review duration varies by case. No standard timeline is offered — no fixed promise like "1-2 days" or "24 hours" is made. Some reviews complete in a few hours, while cases that require additional documents may extend over several days.
What should you do?
- Check the email registered on your account — Paribu may have sent a request for additional information or documents. Check both the inbox and the spam folder.
- Reply to any document request quickly — Responding promptly to additional document/information requests significantly shortens the review.
- Contact support if the review takes too long — If you have not received any document request but the review is dragging on, start a live support chat through Paribu Support to learn your status.
How is "Under review" different from "Banned"?
"Under review" is temporary; your account opens up again once the review completes. "Banned" is a closure under Paribu policy or regulation. For banned accounts, see My account is 'Banned'.
