A TRY withdrawal request you make from Paribu to a bank account registered in your name starts after the "Your TRY withdrawal request has been received" confirmation and is usually completed within a short time. The reflection time varies based on the sender bank and the transfer method you select.
TRY withdrawal requests from Paribu are processed by the bank after acceptance. While transfers within FAST transaction limits occur 24/7 instantly, EFT operations are only completed during working hours. EFT requests made outside working hours or on weekends are reflected in your bank account on the next business day.
The reflection time of your TRY withdrawal request varies based on the bank you withdraw to and the transfer method:
Note: When you place a withdrawal order, the relevant amount is deducted from your available balance. If you want to cancel orders that have not yet been completed, the relevant amount is reflected back to your available balance
If the amount has not been reflected in your bank account despite the expected time having passed, possible reasons may be:
Warning: If any change occurs in your recipient bank account after placing a withdrawal request, the reflection of the transfer may be delayed or it may be taken into the refund process. Make sure your recipient account information is current before withdrawal
If the amount has not been reflected in your bank account despite EFT working hours and bank integration rules, we first recommend contacting your recipient bank. If the issue persists, you can start a live support chat through Paribu Support to contact us. To allow your request to be resolved quickly, it is recommended to have the transaction date and time, withdrawal amount, recipient bank information, and a screenshot of the transaction confirmation ready.
Transfers to 7 banks integrated 24/7 with accounts registered in your name are reflected within minutes. Transfers to other banks within FAST limits are processed 24/7, while EFT transfers are processed during working hours.
EFT operations are processed during banks' working hours (usually weekdays 09:00-17:30). EFT transfers made outside these hours or on weekends are reflected in your recipient account on the next business day.
You can cancel withdrawal orders that have not yet been completed. As a result of the cancellation, the relevant amount is reflected back to your available balance. Cancellation is not possible after the request is completed.
When a withdrawal order is placed, the amount is deducted from your available balance. If the balance has not changed, the request may not have been created; check the status of the request from your transaction history.
Withdrawal requests made to an account not registered in your name or that is not accepted (time, foreign currency, belonging to another person) are automatically refunded and the amount is reflected in your Paribu account.
