If your TRY withdrawal request was created but the money has not reached your bank account, the most common reason is the withdrawal amount exceeding the FAST limit and the transaction being taken to the next business day. Your bank's working hours and the account type also affect the time.
If your TRY withdrawal request was created, the amount is deducted from your available balance and the transaction enters the queue. If the amount exceeds the FAST limit, your withdrawal does not happen instantly; it is completed in the EFT window of the next business day. Besides this, your bank's working hours, the account type, and issues at the bank can also cause a delay.
Large TRY withdrawals do not happen instantly when they exceed the FAST limit. The app tells you this before the transaction:
If you gave this confirmation, it means your withdrawal has been queued. In the transaction list you see this notification: "Your {amount} TRY withdrawal will be processed on {date}." In the transaction detail there is the Processing date row and this information: "Because your withdrawal amount exceeds the FAST limit, your transaction will be completed in the next EFT window."
Note: A queued withdrawal has not failed; the transaction is completed on the stated date. The transaction status stays pending until then
How long the withdrawal takes to reach your account depends on the method you use and on your bank:
You can see the status of your withdrawal request from the Transactions screen. In the transaction detail you see one of the following notifications:
| Notification | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your {amount} TRY withdrawal will be processed on {date} | The withdrawal has been queued and will be completed on the stated date |
| Your withdrawal is being processed | The withdrawal is being processed |
| Assets withdrawn from your wallet | The withdrawal is complete and the amount has been sent to the bank |
| Your withdrawal has been canceled | The withdrawal was canceled and the amount returned to your balance |
If the withdrawal status appears as completed but the money has not reached your bank account, it is recommended to speak to your bank first; the amount has been sent to the bank. If the issue persists, you can start the live support chat through Paribu Support. To allow your request to be resolved quickly, it is recommended to have the withdrawal date, the amount, and the IBAN of your recipient bank account ready.
Withdrawals within the FAST limits are completed quickly, 24/7. If the amount exceeds the FAST limit, the withdrawal is processed in the EFT window of the next business day.
Because of end-of-day processing in bank systems, TRY withdrawal requests placed after 23:00 may be delayed for a short while. This is not an error; your withdrawal is completed shortly and you do not need to create the request again.
The FAST upper limit per transaction is ₺300,000 today. The limit can be updated from time to time and a fixed amount is not shown in the app; if your amount exceeds the limit, a warning and a confirmation screen appear before the transaction.
You can cancel withdrawal orders that have not been carried out yet. In case of a cancellation, the relevant amount is reflected back in your available balance.
No. TRY withdrawals are free of charge.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 TRY. When you enter a lower amount, you get the "Minimum withdrawal amount is 10.00 TRY" warning.
