Trading in advanced view

The advanced view is a detailed interface designed for users who want to trade at a professional level. The expandable chart, the detailed order book and additional information are presented on the same screen. It offers the same order types as the standard view (market, limit, conditional); the difference is in the screen layout and analysis tools.

How do you trade in advanced view?

To switch to the advanced view on Paribu web, click Advanced in the view selector in the top right corner of the market detail page. This view offers the same order types as the standard view (market, limit, conditional); the difference is in the page layout and the chart area. While the Buy and Sell direction selections sit as tabs in the standard view, in the advanced view they are positioned side by side as separate panels.

Before you begin

• Account verification must be complete
• Depending on the pair you select, you must have enough TRY or USDT balance to buy and enough crypto asset balance to sell

Place a buy or sell order

1. Open Paribu.com and go to the Markets page from the top menu
2. Choose the pair from the market group selector; an asset can trade on both a TRY and a USDT pair (for example, BTC/TRY and BTC/USDT). Then click the asset you want to trade to open the market detail page
3. Select Advanced from the view selector in the top right corner of the page
4. Use the Buy panel (for buying) or the Sell panel (for selling) on the left of the page
5. From the Order type tabs at the top of the panel, select Market, Limit or Conditional
6. If you selected limit or conditional, enter the price; click the + icon next to the price field to automatically transfer the best price from the order book
7. Enter the amount or use the bar below the amount field to select a portion of your balance
8. Click Buy or Sell to confirm your order

Note: In the advanced view, the order book takes up a wider area; you can arrange the order book to your needs with the sells-first, buys-only and sells-only view options

Features of the advanced view on the web

The advanced view on the web offers the same order types as the standard view (market, limit, conditional); the difference is in the page layout, the expanded chart area and the detailed order book. The points that differ from the advanced view in the app are:

Sections of the advanced view

• Buy panel (left): The order form for buying; order type tabs, price and amount entry

• Chart: Professional candlestick chart with KlineCharts Pro, technical indicators and drawing tools
• Order book: Detailed depth of buy (green) and sell (red) orders; decimal precision setting (1, 10, 50, 100) and view options
• Open orders and transaction history: You can track your pending orders and transaction history from the tabs at the bottom of the page

Important information

• The minimum trade amount is TRY 100 for TRY pairs and 1 USDT for USDT pairs
• The advanced view and the standard view on the web support the same order types; the only difference is the page layout
• For limit orders, orders added to the order book are treated as maker, while orders matched immediately with existing orders are treated as taker
• Taker fee rates apply to trades placed with a market order
• The corresponding balance is locked until your open orders are filled or cancelled
• You can track your completed and pending trades from the Account activity page

How do you trade in advanced view?

To use the advanced view, first turn on the advanced view from the My account section and select Advanced as the Buy/Sell view; then trade from the Buy/Sell tab that appears in the bottom navigation. After selecting your order type (market, limit, conditional, advanced limit or OCO), enter the price and amount to complete your trade.

Before you begin

• To use the advanced view, you must first turn it on. Go to the My account section from the menu icon in the top left of the screen, turn on Advanced view and select Advanced as the Buy/Sell view
• Depending on the pair you select, you must have enough TRY or USDT balance to buy and enough crypto asset balance to sell

Place a buy or sell order

1. Tap the Buy/Sell tab in the bottom navigation (if the tab is not visible, first open My account > Advanced view from the menu icon in the top left and turn it on)
2. Tap the asset name at the top of the screen to choose the asset you want to trade, or continue with the asset already selected; if the asset trades on two markets (for example, BTC/TRY and BTC/USDT), select the market you want from the pair selector next to the asset name
3. Use the Buy / Sell selector at the top of the form to set the trade direction
4. Tap the Order type field, then select Market, Limit, Conditional, Advanced limit or OCO from the Select order type screen that opens
5. Enter the required price and condition details based on the order type you selected
6. Enter the amount or slide the slider above the total amount field to select a portion of your balance
7. Tap Buy or Sell to confirm the trade

Note: You can enlarge the expandable chart for more detailed technical analysis and inspect price levels directly on the chart

Order types

Five order types are available in advanced view:

• Market order: Buy or sell instantly at the best available price
• Limit order: The buy or sell is executed when the price you set is reached
• Conditional order (stop): When the condition price you set is reached, an order is created; you can choose the execution type as Limit or Market
• Advanced limit order: Adds a Post only, IOC or FOK validity condition to a limit order
• OCO order: Places take-profit and stop-loss orders at the same time; when one is triggered, the other is automatically cancelled

Note: The advanced limit and OCO order types are only available in the advanced view; they are not supported in the standard and easy views

Important information

• If you tap Buy or Sell while the required amount or price field is empty, the app focuses on the first empty field and opens the keyboard; the order is not submitted until the missing field is filled

• You can track your completed and pending trades from your transaction history
