How to convert low balances

Small balances may accumulate in your wallet over time; because they fall below the minimum order amount, they cannot be used for trading. Paribu's low balance conversion feature lets you convert these balances to TRY in a single step.

What is low balance conversion?

Low balance conversion is a feature that lets you bulk-select crypto assets in your wallet whose value falls below TRY 10 and convert them to TRY. It adds balances that are too small to use in trading (also known as "crypto dust") to your TRY balance with a single confirmation. The conversion target is fixed as TRY.

How is low balance conversion made?

To convert your low balances on Paribu, open the Low balance transactions link below your crypto assets on the home screen, choose the Convert option, and select the assets you want to convert from the list shown. Once you confirm the total amount, transaction fee, and net amount to be added to your wallet on the summary screen, the transfer to your TRY balance is completed.

Before you start

  • You need to have crypto assets in your wallet with a value below TRY 10
  • You must have completed your account verification

Convert low balances

  1. Open Paribu.com and go to the Wallet page
  2. Click the Convert to balance button at the top
  3. In the Convert to balance window that opens, select the assets you want to convert from the list; to select all, you can use the Select all checkbox at the top
  4. On the list you can see the balance and TRY equivalent of each asset, and the Total Value information at the bottom
  5. Click the Convert button
  6. In the Small Asset Conversion modal that opens, the converted assets are listed; review the net amount to be transferred to Wallet and complete the transaction

Note: The conversion fee is deducted from the total amount you convert and the net amount to be added to your wallet is shown on the confirmation window.

Which assets can be converted?

All crypto assets in your wallet other than TRY and Paribu token (PRB) appear on the conversion list when their unit TRY value falls below TRY 10. On the conversion screen, assets can be selected one by one or in bulk.

  • Included assets: All crypto assets under TRY 10 (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, etc.)
  • Excluded: TRY balance and Paribu token (PRB)

Warning: Balances in staking or locked under a legal waiting period may not be eligible for conversion. Convertible assets only consist of your available balances.

Transaction fee and net amount

Low balance conversion is completed with a fixed fee. The fee is deducted from the total TRY value of the assets you convert; the remaining amount is added to your TRY balance. The current fee and the net amount to be added to your wallet are shown on the confirmation screen.

Important information

  • The threshold value is TRY 10; assets above this value do not appear on the list
  • The conversion target is fixed as TRY; conversion to another asset is not possible
  • Crypto asset prices may change instantly during conversion; due to price slippage some assets may not be converted. In this case successful transactions go through and the remaining assets stay in your wallet
  • The transaction cannot be reversed once the conversion is confirmed
  • TRY and Paribu token (PRB) are out of scope for conversion

Frequently asked questions

Which balances are considered low balances?

Crypto assets in your wallet whose value falls below TRY 10 are considered low balances and appear on the conversion list. This threshold is the same for all assets; no asset-specific limit is applied.

Can I convert my low balances to PRB or another crypto asset?

No, low balance conversion only works with TRY as the target. The converted amount is transferred to your TRY balance; conversion to another asset is not possible.

Is the conversion fee charged separately for each asset?

No, the fee is one-time per transaction. No matter how many assets you select in a single conversion transaction, the fee is deducted only once from the total amount.

Why do some of my assets not appear on the conversion list?

Only crypto assets whose unit TRY value is below TRY 10 are added to the list. In addition, TRY and Paribu token (PRB) are out of scope for conversion. Balances in staking or locked under a legal waiting period may also not appear on the list.

What happens if the conversion fails?

The transaction may partially fail due to reasons such as price changes. In this case successful assets are converted to TRY and added to your wallet; failed ones stay in your wallet and continue to appear on the conversion list. You can try the transaction again later.
