How do I download my account statement and transaction history?

August 24, 2026

You can download your transaction history as Excel or PDF. The statement creates a single file you can use for tax filing, accounting or personal records. You also decide whether your name and e-mail address appear in the file.

Where do I download the statement?

  1. Open Paribu.com and click the wallet icon in the top navigation to open the Wallet page
  2. Open your transaction history with the Transactions link in the portfolio summary
  3. Use the statement download option

The window that opens is headed Download your transaction history.

What options are in the window?

The download window has three sections:

Transaction type

You choose the type of transactions you want to download:

  • crypto asset buy/sell
  • crypto asset deposit/withdrawal
  • TRY deposit/withdrawal
  • donation

Select document type

  • Download as Excel file
  • Download as PDF

Personal information

Two options decide which of your details appear in the file:

  • whether your name appears
  • whether your e-mail address appears

After making your choices, you can create the statement with the export button.

Which limits apply?

  • Date range: there can be a maximum of 12 months between the dates you choose
  • Record count: a statement can contain at most 10,000 records

Note: If you need a longer period or more records, you can split the date range into segments and take several statements

If you make a mistake in the date selection, the window warns you: it states that the start date must be before the end date, or that the selected date range exceeds 12 months.

What are the personal data options for?

For statements you will send to a tax office or an official institution, your name and e-mail address may need to appear; in that case keep both options on. For files you download only for your own records, you can turn the options off to create a statement with less personal data.

Warning: The files you download may contain personal details such as your name and e-mail address. When sharing a file, make sure you send it only to people or institutions you trust

Frequently asked questions

A statement can cover a maximum of 12 months between the dates you choose. If you need a longer period, you can create separate statements for different date ranges.

Does my e-mail address appear in the statement?

That choice is yours. When the option for your e-mail address is on, it appears in the file; when it is off, it does not. You can turn the option for your name on and off in the same way.

Which format should I choose — PDF or Excel?

If you want a document-style statement (to print or submit to an institution), you can use Download as PDF. If you want to process the data in another program or import it into accounting software, Download as Excel file is more suitable.

I have more than 10,000 transactions — how do I download them?

A statement can contain at most 10,000 records. If you have more transactions, you can narrow the date range and take several statements.

Can I download all transaction types in one file?

The download window works by transaction type and offers separate options for trades, crypto transfers, TRY transfers and donations. If you need more than one type, you can take a separate statement for each.

Where is the statement saved?

The file is saved to your browser's default download folder. You can use your browser's downloads list to find it.
