How can I view my transaction history?

You can view all your buy, sell, deposit, withdrawal, staking, and transfer transactions on Paribu from the Transaction history screen. You can filter your past transactions by date and type, and drill down into each transaction to see details such as the amount, fee, status, and transaction ID.

How can I access transaction history?

On Paribu.com, after signing in to your account, you can access transaction history from the profile menu in the top right.

  1. Sign in to Paribu.com
  2. Click the Transaction history link in the user menu in the top right
  3. Click the transaction in the list to review its details

Filtering and exporting

On the web, you can also filter transaction history by criteria such as date range, transaction type, and asset. The PDF or Excel export feature opens via the Export button at the top of the transaction history page; the same export flow is equivalent to the one in the app.


Frequently asked questions

How far back can I see transactions?

All transactions since your account was opened are listed. You can select a maximum 12-month date range during export.

Can I download my transaction history as PDF or Excel?

Yes. You can download the transaction history as PDF or Excel. A single export can include up to 10,000 records and span a 12-month date range. For details, see the account statement and transaction history article.

Can I cancel a transaction?

Only pending transactions can be cancelled. For crypto withdrawals awaiting email confirmation, you can use the cancel option on the transaction details screen. A completed transaction cannot be reversed.

Where can I see pending transactions?

Ongoing transactions and those awaiting your confirmation are listed under the Active transactions tab on the My account screen. For details, see the open orders article.

Where can I see the fee amount?

The Fee line is displayed separately on each transaction's details screen. For buy and sell transactions, you can review maker/taker fee rates based on your loyalty level and 30-day trading volume.
