You can view all the devices you have logged into your Paribu account from on the Device management screen and end sessions for a single or all devices at any time. When you notice an unfamiliar device or have doubts about your account security, ending sessions is one of the fastest protection steps.
Note: If you see an unfamiliar device, first end that device's session, then change your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Paribu offers three different session ending options:
Note: Ending a session only cuts off the device's access to your account. Your balance, open orders, and account history are not affected. You can log in to the same device again.
To log out on Paribu.com, click the account icon in the top right corner and select the Log out item from the menu that opens. When the action is confirmed, the session in this browser is ended and you are redirected to the login page.
To view all the devices logged into your account, click the Device management item from the Security settings page. In the window that opens, your active sessions are listed; the device name, location, IP address, and last login time are shown for each device. The device you are using is highlighted with the Active device label.
You can end the session of any device you see in the device management list one by one. This option is useful in cases where you logged into your account on a shared or someone else's device.
To end the sessions of all devices logged into your account at the same time, use the Sign out from all devices button at the very bottom of the Device management window. After the action is confirmed, all sessions including the browser you are on are closed.
Warning: This action signs you out from all devices including the browser you are on. After the action, you need your password and, if any, your two-factor authentication code to access your account again.
First, end that device's session from the Device management screen. Then, for your security, change your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). If you observe suspicious activity, you can contact us by starting a live support chat through Paribu Support.
No, ending sessions only cuts off devices' access to your account. Your open orders, balance, and account history are not affected. When you log in again, you can access all your data in the same way.
Yes, your assets continue to be held safely in your Paribu account. Ending sessions only cuts off the active access of devices; it does not change assets or orders.
Device names consist of the browser or operating system information of the device used to log in, along with the last login date. If you logged in from the same device with different browsers, each browser may be listed as a separate session.
For your security, Paribu may automatically end your session after a specific period of inactivity. When you log in again, your password and, if any, your two-factor authentication code are requested.
