This Policy has been prepared in order to ensure that the crypto and cash asset transfers of the customers of Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. ("Paribu") are carried out in a transparent and traceable manner, and that transfer transactions are performed in accordance with the principles set forth in the MASAK Regulation on Measures for Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
This Policy covers all crypto and cash asset transfers of customers carried out on the Paribu platform and has been prepared on the basis of the regulations to which Paribu is subject, including primarily the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the Communiqué No. III-35/B.1 on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Crypto Asset Service Providers, the Communiqué No. III-35/B.2 on the Working Procedures and Principles of Crypto Asset Service Providers, the Anti-Money Laundering Law No. 5549, and the regulations issued under this law.

As of 25 February 2025, in their crypto asset withdrawal transactions, our customers must declare whether the address to which the withdrawal is made belongs to their own account, to another person's account, or to an institutional account.
If the withdrawal is being made to an institutional account, it must be specified whether the platform is a domestic platform, a foreign platform, or an independent wallet.
Similarly, in crypto deposit transactions to be made to our customers' accounts, it is required to declare whether the account from which the transfer is performed is their own account, an account belonging to another person, or an institutional account.
If the deposit is being made from an institutional account, it must be specified whether the platform is a domestic platform, a foreign platform, or an independent wallet.
In addition to this information, if the value of the crypto asset transferred is below TRY 15,000, declaring the name and surname of the counterparty is sufficient for both withdrawal and deposit transactions. If the wallet belongs to a legal entity, the title of the legal entity must be declared instead of the name and surname.
If the value of the crypto asset transferred is above TRY 15,000; for deposit transactions, in addition to the name and surname of the sender (title for legal entities), it is required to declare the residential address (company address for legal entities),
For withdrawal transactions, the name and surname of the recipient (title for legal entities) must be declared,
For both deposit and withdrawal transactions, a transaction explanation of at least 20 characters must be written regarding the transaction to be performed.
For transfer transactions to be carried out, the required information must be provided in full. If the information is not shared or is incomplete, unfortunately your transactions may not be processed. In order for your transactions to be carried out without issues, it is important that you follow the directions on the app and share the information requested from you accurately and completely.
Within the scope of legal regulations, in your TRY deposit and TRY withdrawal transactions, you may only use bank accounts registered in your own name. In cases where the bank account from which a transfer is being attempted does not appear to be in your name, transfers are unfortunately not accepted.
TRY transfers that you perform from bank accounts opened in your own name to Paribu IBAN addresses will be automatically reflected in your balance.
