Crypto and Cash Asset Transfer Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy has been prepared in order to ensure that the crypto and cash asset transfers of the customers of Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. ("Paribu") are carried out in a transparent and traceable manner, and that transfer transactions are performed in accordance with the principles set forth in the MASAK Regulation on Measures for Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.

2. Scope and Basis

This Policy covers all crypto and cash asset transfers of customers carried out on the Paribu platform and has been prepared on the basis of the regulations to which Paribu is subject, including primarily the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the Communiqué No. III-35/B.1 on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Crypto Asset Service Providers, the Communiqué No. III-35/B.2 on the Working Procedures and Principles of Crypto Asset Service Providers, the Anti-Money Laundering Law No. 5549, and the regulations issued under this law.

4. General Principles###4.1. Our Responsibilities as Paribu

4.1.1. Information We Need to Request from Our Customers

As of 25 February 2025, in their crypto asset withdrawal transactions, our customers must declare whether the address to which the withdrawal is made belongs to their own account, to another person's account, or to an institutional account.

If the withdrawal is being made to an institutional account, it must be specified whether the platform is a domestic platform, a foreign platform, or an independent wallet.

Similarly, in crypto deposit transactions to be made to our customers' accounts, it is required to declare whether the account from which the transfer is performed is their own account, an account belonging to another person, or an institutional account.

If the deposit is being made from an institutional account, it must be specified whether the platform is a domestic platform, a foreign platform, or an independent wallet.

In addition to this information, if the value of the crypto asset transferred is below TRY 15,000, declaring the name and surname of the counterparty is sufficient for both withdrawal and deposit transactions. If the wallet belongs to a legal entity, the title of the legal entity must be declared instead of the name and surname.

If the value of the crypto asset transferred is above TRY 15,000; for deposit transactions, in addition to the name and surname of the sender (title for legal entities), it is required to declare the residential address (company address for legal entities),

For withdrawal transactions, the name and surname of the recipient (title for legal entities) must be declared,

For both deposit and withdrawal transactions, a transaction explanation of at least 20 characters must be written regarding the transaction to be performed.

For transfer transactions to be carried out, the required information must be provided in full. If the information is not shared or is incomplete, unfortunately your transactions may not be processed. In order for your transactions to be carried out without issues, it is important that you follow the directions on the app and share the information requested from you accurately and completely.

4.2. Crypto Asset Transfers

4.2.1. Crypto Asset Withdrawal Steps

  1. After selecting the crypto asset you want to withdraw, click the red withdraw button on the screen that appears.
  2. Select the network on which you want to perform the withdrawal, enter a wallet address defined on this network, and click the continue button.
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click the continue button.
  4. On the screen that appears, you can see the withdrawal amount, the network on which the withdrawal will be performed, and the wallet address. After confirming that the information is correct, select the red withdraw button.
  5. In accordance with MASAK regulations, in order to complete your crypto asset withdrawal, you will be directed to the screen where you will enter the recipient information.
  6. From the recipient "drop-down list", select one of the options "My Own Account", "Another person", or "Institution".
  7. Your selection;
  8. If "My Own Account", your name and surname information will be filled in automatically based on your verified identity information.
  9. If "Another person", you must enter the recipient's name and surname.
  10. If "Institution", you must enter the title of the recipient institution.
  11. After entering the recipient information, from the platform "drop-down list" to which the transfer will be sent, select one of the options "Independent Wallet", "Domestic platform", or "Foreign platform".
  12. Your selection;
  13. If "Independent Wallet", enter a name to identify the wallet.
  14. If "Domestic platform" or "Foreign platform", select the name of the platform you want to send to from the "drop-down list".
  15. Enter the recipient's address information, including at least country, city, and district.
  16. Finally, write an explanation of at least 20 characters regarding the transaction to be performed.
  17. After making sure that all the information is entered correctly, click the green continue button.
  18. On the screen that appears, after entering your authentication code, you can complete your Crypto Asset Withdrawal by clicking the red Verify and complete withdrawal button.

4.2.2. Crypto Asset Deposit Steps

  1. In accordance with MASAK regulations, in order for crypto asset balances deposited to your wallet addresses to be reflected in your account, you must add sender information. If any asset entry is detected to your wallets, a notification will arrive via the Paribu app for you to confirm the transfer.
  2. On the notification screen, click the green add sender information button.
  3. From the sender drop-down list, select one of the options "My Own Account", "Another person", or "Institution".
  4. Your selection;
  5. If "My Own Account", your name and surname information will be filled in automatically based on your verified identity information.
  6. If "Another person", you must enter the sender's name and surname.
  7. If "Institution", you must enter the title of the sender institution.
  8. After entering the sender information, from the platform "drop-down list" from which the transfer arrived, select one of the options "Independent Wallet", "Domestic platform", or "Foreign platform".
  9. Your selection;
  10. If "Independent Wallet", enter a name to identify the wallet.
  11. If "Domestic platform" or "Foreign platform", select the name of the relevant platform from the "drop-down list".
  12. Enter the sender's address information, including at least country, city, and district.
  13. Finally, write an explanation of at least 20 characters regarding the deposit transaction.
  14. After making sure that all the information is entered correctly, click the green confirm transfer button.

4.3. Cash Asset Transfers

Within the scope of legal regulations, in your TRY deposit and TRY withdrawal transactions, you may only use bank accounts registered in your own name. In cases where the bank account from which a transfer is being attempted does not appear to be in your name, transfers are unfortunately not accepted.

4.3.1. TRY Deposit Transactions

TRY transfers that you perform from bank accounts opened in your own name to Paribu IBAN addresses will be automatically reflected in your balance.

4.3.2. TRY Withdrawal Steps

  1. Open the wallet tab on the Paribu app.
  2. Select Turkish lira.
  3. Select the TRY withdrawal button.
  4. Enter the IBAN information of a checking TRY bank account opened in your own name and select the TRY withdrawal button.
  5. Enter the TRY amount you want to withdraw and select the red TRY withdrawal button.
