Such activities comply with the conditions defined in the Paribu Conflict of Interest Policy and Order Execution Policy. The list of third parties carrying out transactions on the Platform in the capacity of market maker and liquidity provider is published on the Paribu website. Third parties that will conduct arbitrage activities are determined by approval of the Board of Directors.

  5. Paribu carries out its own market making processes in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable legislation. Through the process set forth in this article, the activities carried out on the Platform aim to take measures against market manipulation by ensuring a stable trading environment and to prevent potential customer harm.

In order to ensure that the market making transactions performed by Paribu are carried out in a reliable, transparent, effective, stable, fair, and honest manner, and to prevent acts and transactions that may be characterised as market disruptive, Paribu's market making activities are designed to comply with the Order Execution Policy and the Conflict of Interest Policy.
