Within the scope of the Crypto Asset Services Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Framework Agreement"), as a result of the orders you submit to Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Paribu") and the transactions you perform, you may earn a profit, but you also bear the risk of incurring losses. In this regard, before making an investment or transaction decision, you must thoroughly evaluate the potential risks you may face in the market and conduct your transactions taking into account your financial situation and existing limitations. Before investing in any type of crypto asset, the purpose, strategy, and possible risks of the relevant crypto asset must be fully understood by you. The risk-return profile of the crypto asset you are interested in must be aligned with your own risk-return expectations. It must not be forgotten that you assume risk when you invest in a crypto asset. The value of the crypto asset you invest in may rise as well as fall. Therefore, you may lose all or part of the principal amount you invest. In general, there is no guarantee that the past returns of a crypto asset will continue in the future. There is no guarantee from any state or other public authority for crypto asset investments. Information provided by Paribu regarding crypto assets is of a general advisory nature and does not constitute investment advisory activity. Paribu provides its customers with an electronic trading platform on which they can perform crypto asset buy and sell transactions. On this platform, customers may freely submit buy and sell orders at the price and quantity they determine. In the order book structure, submitted orders are sorted on the basis of price and time priority, and when a matching counter-order is found, their matching is automatically intermediated. Customers may update or cancel the orders they have submitted before a match occurs. Paribu does not undertake that orders created by customers will be matched. Unless Paribu is grossly negligent, Paribu is not liable for losses arising from orders not being matched, price changes, or supply-and-demand conditions in the market.
Customers are deemed to make all decisions related to order submission and crypto asset buy-and-sell transactions of their own free will. Paribu also performs the buying and selling of crypto assets, initial sale or distribution, clearing, transfer, and the custody operations these require.
