Paribu Bitcoin Pizza Day campaign terms

Within the scope of the Paribu Bitcoin Pizza Day campaign, the discount codes may be requested through the Paribu application from 11:00 on 20 May 2026 until 12:00 on 15 June 2026, and shall remain valid on the Getir Yemek application until 23:59 on 15 June 2026. The codes may be used solely at selected pizza restaurants within the specified dates.
The campaign shall be available to: (i) new users who become Paribu members within the date range specified in the first article and who have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process; (ii) existing Paribu users who became Paribu members prior to the campaign period but have not yet completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and who complete this process during the campaign period; and (iii) existing Paribu users who hold assets of at least TRY 100,000 and whose three-month transaction volume reaches TRY 1,000,000.
Users who meet the campaign conditions shall be entitled to obtain a Getir Yemek coupon code with a value of TRY 350.00 through the “request code” button within the Paribu mobile application.
The coupon code may be used solely as a TRY 350.00 discount at the selected pizza restaurants included in the campaign. In order to benefit from the coupon code, the user must navigate to the "Campaigns" tab on the "Make Payment" page in the Getir Yemek mobile application, click the “Add Coupon Code” button, and add the relevant coupon code.
The campaign shall be valid for orders placed through the mobile application and the web.
The campaign is limited to 100,000 codes with a value of TRY 350.00 each. Upon depletion of the specified number of codes, the campaign shall automatically terminate without prior notice.
The codes shall be valid solely for orders placed at the pizza restaurants included in the campaign. Where the order amount exceeds the value of the campaign code, the remaining amount shall be paid by the user via online payment.
The campaign shall be valid solely for orders placed using online payment methods.
The promotional basket amount must exceed the minimum basket amount of the relevant restaurant under the “Restaurant Delivery and Getir Delivery” delivery method.
The campaign may not be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or coupon codes.
Each Paribu user may benefit from the campaign only once.
The campaign may be used in a single instance and shall not be divisible. The code may be used solely by the user to whom the campaign applies. It shall not be transferred or assigned to any third party.
The campaign codes may not be sold for money or converted into cash.
In the event that orders placed using a campaign code are cancelled, the coupon code shall be reactivated for use, provided that the validity period of the campaign continues.
Only natural persons may benefit from the campaign; legal entities may not benefit from the campaign.
The information held in the Getir Yemek account is personal to the user; Getir Yemek may prevent, suspend, or impose temporary measures on the relevant users from benefiting from the campaign due to user actions that raise security concerns. Similarly, Paribu reserves the right to take the necessary measures with regard to users in question as soon as it determines that malicious or fraudulent attempts have been made in participating in the campaign.
The delivery zones of the restaurants included in the campaign may vary instantaneously due to factors such as restaurant density, order traffic, and similar reasons. For this reason, prior to placing an order, please verify whether the address to which you will place the order falls within the delivery zone of the restaurants included in the campaign.
The selection of products and/or menus designated as subject to the campaign and the prices thereof shall be at the discretion of the restaurant; Getir Yemek shall not be liable in the event that the restaurant included in the campaign is unable to provide the promotional product and/or menu due to instantaneous restaurant density, lack of ingredients/products, or similar reasons.
Within the scope of the campaign, Paribu's liability is limited to providing a specified number of coupon codes to users who meet the campaign conditions. Paribu shall bear no liability with respect to the order or the nature of the products subject to the order, or similar matters.
Paribu and/or Getir Yemek reserve the right to amend, cancel, and terminate the campaign terms.
In any dispute that may arise within the scope of the campaign, the records of Paribu and Getir Yemek shall be deemed conclusive.
The audit and assessment of whether participants comply with the campaign terms shall be carried out exclusively by Paribu, on the basis of the participants' statements.
Paribu may unilaterally amend the duration and all terms of the campaign without prior notice, or may cancel the campaign even after it has commenced. Such amendment or cancellation shall be announced through the Announcements or ParibuLog pages. Such amendment or cancellation shall not constitute a vested right for the users participating in the campaign.
Paribu reserves the right to unilaterally exclude from the scope of the campaign any users found to have engaged in malicious or fraudulent attempts in participating in the campaign and to cancel the codes issued to them.
Paribu shall not be liable for any disruptions, including technical disruptions, experienced by users wishing to participate in the campaign, and no vested right shall accrue to any user as a result of such disruption.
Anyone participating in the campaign is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the campaign terms in advance.
