DeFi markets terms of use

June 30, 2026

These DEX Markets Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the user (the “User” or “You”) creating a self-custody (non-custodial) wallet and carrying out crypto asset trading/swap transactions on decentralised exchange (“DEX”) markets through that wallet.

On DEX Markets, Paribu is only an interface provider; it is not the counterparty of the transactions, it does not operate any trading venue, it does not execute your orders on your behalf, it does not provide any custody service in the DeFi products it offers and does not have your assets held at a licensed custody institution, and it gives no undertaking or guarantee in respect of these transactions. Paribu only enables the balance of your self-custody wallet and the transactions to be carried out with that wallet to be displayed. All consequences and risks of your self-custody wallet, your passkey and the transactions you carry out belong exclusively to you. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you must not use the relevant services and the interface.

By using the interface provided by Paribu, you acknowledge, declare and undertake that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use in their entirety and each of their provisions separately, and that you have also reviewed and approved the Risk Disclosure published by Paribu.

These Terms of Use in no way and by no means constitute investment advice, portfolio management or an undertaking of any investment service, and they cannot be interpreted in that way. All transactions accessed through Paribu are carried out with your own free will, your own knowledge and the risks you will accept.

1. DEFINITIONS

The concepts used in these Terms of Use have the following meanings:

  • Paribu: means Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., which provides an interface containing only display for access to the Services, but which is not a party, operator, issuer, custody institution, custody obligor, guarantor or outcome determiner of the transactions carried out on third party infrastructures.
  • Platform: means Paribu’s official mobile applications.
  • Interface: means the display presented by Paribu on the Platform so that you can create a self-custody wallet and view your balance in your self-custody wallet and the transactions you can carry out on DEX markets with your self-custody wallet.
  • Service: means the self-custody wallet creation and the transfer of your stablecoins to your self-custody wallet that you carry out through the infrastructures offered by Third Party Providers and Partners, together with the services in the venues where you transact with these assets in DeFi.
  • DEX Markets: means the decentralised exchange markets in which orders are processed through smart contracts on the blockchain and/or automated market maker (AMM) protocols instead of a central counterparty.
  • Self-Custody (Non-Custodial) Wallet / DeFi Wallet: means the onchain smart wallet created in your name, the control, the passkey, the authority to use and the ownership of which belong exclusively to you. This wallet is not in the custody of Paribu or of a custody institution.
  • Passkey: means the signing information that is used to access the self-custody wallet and to sign transactions, that is stored on your device (for example with device authentication instruments such as Face ID or Touch ID), that cannot be exported and that shows your will regarding the transaction.
  • Third Party Providers / Protocols: means the service providers, third party protocols, smart contracts, blockchain networks and oracle systems that provide the technology, routing and liquidity infrastructure required for the transactions on DEX markets to take place and that are not operated or controlled by Paribu.
  • Partners: means the partner/partners that build the technical infrastructure for the creation of your self-custody wallets and for you to carry out transactions at Third Party Providers and/or Protocols.
  • Swap / Transaction: means the crypto asset swap transaction carried out on DEX Markets through the self-custody wallet.
  • Risk Disclosure: means the Risk Disclosure on the Self-Custody Wallet and DEX Markets, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.
  • User: means the persons among Paribu customers who complete the Identification obligations and who wish to access the Services by accepting these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure.
  • Stablecoin: means the crypto asset the value of which is intended to be pegged to a specific reference asset.
  • DeFi: means the decentralised finance applications operated through third party smart contracts and decentralised protocols.
  • Third Party Infrastructure: means the DeFi protocols provided by Third Party Providers and on which the transactions technically take place.
  • Transaction Request: means the requests, instructions or notifications made in relation to the transactions the user wishes to carry out on Third Party Infrastructures through their own self-custody wallet via the Platform interface.
  • Identification: means the process of obtaining and verifying information and documents relating to you within the scope of the Relevant Legislation and in particular Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and the related regulations.
  • Legislation: means Capital Markets Law No. 6362 (the “Law”), the secondary legislation issued in reliance on the Law, all rules and regulations relating to the Board, the CSD (MKK) and other capital markets institutions, the MASAK regulations and other relevant legislation, together with the amendments to be made to them.

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE

2.1. The subject of these Terms of Use is the determination of the rights and obligations relating to your creation of a self-custody wallet, your viewing of your self-custody wallet balance and your transacting on DEX Markets through that wallet.

2.2. These Terms of Use do not replace Paribu’s Framework Agreement concluded in relation to crypto asset trading/swap services; these Terms of Use apply only in respect of the transactions carried out on DEX Markets. In the event of a conflict between the transactions to be carried out on DEX Markets and spot transactions, these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure prevail in respect of the transactions on DEX Markets.

2.3. These Terms of Use in no way constitute an investment advisory agreement and cannot be interpreted in that way. Paribu does not give investment, legal, financial or tax advice in respect of any crypto asset or transaction.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND PARIBU’S ROLE

3.1. Interface provision. In respect of access to DEX Markets, Paribu is only an interface provider. Paribu offering an interface does not mean that the relevant transactions are carried out under Paribu’s supervision, control or responsibility. Paribu provides you with a display function for your self-custody wallet and for the crypto asset trading/swap transactions you carry out on decentralised exchanges at Third Party Providers. All of these services are limited to the provision of interface functions, and Paribu is not a party, intermediary, operator, issuer, custody institution, custody obligor, guarantor or determiner of the transactions carried out on Third Party Infrastructures.

3.2. Not being a counterparty. Paribu is not the counterparty of the transactions carried out on DEX Markets; it does not act in the capacity of buyer, seller, market maker, intermediary or liquidity provider. The transactions are carried out by you, onchain and through smart contracts, between the self-custody wallet that belongs to you and the Third Party Protocols.

3.3. The service being offered by Third Party Providers. The technology, routing and liquidity infrastructure required for the crypto asset trading/swap transactions you will carry out on DEX Markets to take place is provided through Third Party Providers and Partners. Paribu has no responsibility for the activities, continuity or performance of these Partners or Third Party Providers, and Paribu gives no guarantee on these matters.

3.4. No custody service being provided. Paribu does not provide any custody service in relation to the crypto assets you will acquire on DEX Markets. Those assets are held in the self-custody wallet whose control and ownership belong exclusively to you.

3.5. Regulatory framework. Since the transactions carried out on DEX Markets take place onchain on Third Party Protocols, they are not subject to the same framework as the platform services offered by Paribu under the capital markets regulations relating to crypto asset service providers and custody institutions in the Republic of Türkiye (including Communiqués No. III-35/B.1 and III-35/B.2 of the Capital Markets Board). You need to obtain the necessary support yourself in respect of the legal and tax obligations relating to these transactions.

3.6. Not constituting a recommendation. The filtering, display, opening to access or closing to access of a crypto asset in the Paribu interface does not mean that the relevant asset is safe, lawful, low risk, investable, listed, approved, supported, marketed or recommended.

3.7. Restriction. Paribu reserves the right to temporarily suspend, change the scope of, restrict or terminate all or part of the interface service it offers, for technical, legal, security or commercial reasons, by giving prior notice to the extent possible or, where notice is not possible due to the nature of the service, without notice. Paribu may also restrict or completely block access for specific countries, regions or user groups within the framework of obligations arising from the relevant Legislation, sanction decisions, licence or authorisation requirements or risk management policies. You cannot claim any compensation or right from Paribu because of the measures taken within this scope.

3.8. Interruption. The transactions you will carry out depend on blockchain networks, oracle services, self-custody wallet connection infrastructures, data providers, technical integration providers and other Third Party Providers and Partners. Paribu does not undertake that these Third Party Infrastructures will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or continuously accessible. The provision of the interface is subject to infrastructure providers, network conditions, network congestion, delays or interruptions in blockchain networks and the restrictions within the framework of the Legislation. Paribu cannot be held responsible for any delay, error, interruption, loss of assets, data error or access problem arising from Third Party Providers and/or Partners; by using the interface and transacting, you declare that you are aware of and accept these risks.

3.9. Change of the Services. The scope of access to the Services, the transaction types, the Third Party Providers, the Partners and their infrastructures, the technical parameters, the risk limits and the crypto assets reached on DEX Markets may be changed and updated at any time.

3.10. Service level undertaking. Paribu does not undertake that the Interface and the Services are uninterrupted and error-free. Paribu displays DEX Markets as they are; it has no undertaking or responsibility as to the security of these markets, as to their carrying out their activities without interruption, or as to the accuracy and currency of the information they offer. These markets may close and it may become impossible for you to access your assets.

3.11. Paribu providing you with an interface, a connection or a routing screen cannot be interpreted as the transactions you will carry out being offered directly by Paribu, as Paribu being a party to the transactions that take place, or as Paribu carrying out transactions on your behalf. Paribu does not provide you with any credit, collateral, yield, profit or specific performance opportunity. In this context, Paribu does not give advice, does not direct, does not guarantee and does not undertake anything in relation to the value, future performance, liquidity, legal compliance or investability of any crypto asset. You acknowledge, declare and undertake that you access the relevant Third Party Providers or Protocols and the transactions on them entirely on your own initiative, with your own assessment and at your own request, and that Paribu does not recommend these infrastructures or transactions to you.

3.12. You expressly acknowledge that you know the matters stated below:

  • Paribu is not the issuer of the crypto assets on DEX Markets.
  • Paribu is not the developer of the crypto assets on DEX Markets.
  • Paribu does not guarantee the value of the crypto assets on DEX Markets.
  • Paribu does not guarantee that the crypto assets on DEX Markets will continue to be traded.
  • Paribu does not guarantee the liquidity of the crypto assets on DEX Markets.
  • Paribu does not guarantee that the Third Party Providers, the Partners and the Protocols for which it provides an interface so that you can transact will continue their activities.

4. ELIGIBILITY, IDENTIFICATION (KYC) AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

4.1. Access to DEX Markets requires you to complete the identification (KYC) process at Paribu. If you do not complete the Identification and do not approve these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure, you cannot transact on DEX Markets.

4.2. By approving these Terms of Use, you acknowledge, declare and undertake that you transact in your own name and on your own account, that you do not act in the name and on the account of third parties, and that you will not use the services for any unlawful or illegal purpose.

5. SELF-CUSTODY WALLET AND PASSKEY

5.1. Nature of the wallet. When you wish to transact, the self-custody wallet is created automatically. The control and the ownership of this self-custody wallet belong exclusively to you. This self-custody wallet is not held with Paribu or with the custody institution Paribu works with, and its security is not guaranteed by Paribu. Paribu only enables you to view your relevant self-custody wallet. The security, disconnection, verification, filtering or access restriction measures applied by Paribu cannot be interpreted as Paribu holding or managing the crypto assets in your self-custody wallet or as Paribu having power of disposal over your self-custody wallet. All transactions carried out on your self-custody wallet can be made by you. You are exclusively responsible for the transactions carried out through your self-custody wallet.

5.2. Paribu having no access authority. Paribu has no authority to manage or access the self-custody wallet. The passkey used to access the wallet cannot be stored, backed up or used by Paribu. All measures and the responsibility relating to the security of the passkey and of the device on which the passkey is used belong exclusively to you.

5.3. Access mechanism. In order to transact through the self-custody wallet, the passkey instruments on your device, such as Face ID or Touch ID, need to be used; therefore the device must support this technology. If a passkey-compatible device is changed for a device that is not passkey-compatible, you cannot access your self-custody wallet until a passkey-compatible device is used again. The risk of any price change, position change or other consequences that may arise during this period belongs to you.

5.4. Recovery and its limits. The passkey cannot be stored, backed up or used by Paribu. If you lose your passkey or cannot access your passkey, you may lose access to your self-custody wallet and to the assets in it.

5.5. Use with third party applications. If you use your self-custody wallet outside the products provided with the Platform interface, your access to the relevant interface will be blocked by Paribu.

5.6. Access and funding outside the Platform. If crypto assets are transferred to your self-custody wallet from a wallet not envisaged by Paribu, or if access is obtained by methods other than those envisaged, the interface access provided through the Platform will be blocked. The responsibility for the consequences arising from such situations belongs to you.

5.7. Paribu, the Partners and/or the Third Party Providers may at any time terminate or block access to your self-custody wallet and stop you from transacting, also for reasons not listed in these terms of use.

5.8. The following processes may be applied within the scope of recovery:

  • The interface provided for you to manage your self-custody wallet may be temporarily restricted.
  • Access, display or transaction functions for your self-custody wallet may be temporarily suspended.
  • Security and re-verification procedures may be activated.
  • You may be asked to complete additional information, documents or verification steps.

These measures that may be applied relate only to the access functions provided through the Platform interface. These measures do not mean that the passkey on your self-custody wallet or the crypto assets in your self-custody wallet are controlled, held or managed by Paribu.

5.9. Throughout the recovery process, you may not be able to access your self-custody wallet through the Platform interface or may not be able to benefit from some interface functions provided through the Platform. You know and accept that this process may take a minimum of 48 (forty-eight) hours.

5.10. You acknowledge, declare and undertake that Paribu is not responsible for the price changes, position changes, transaction results at Third Party Providers or protocols, losses of value or other consequences that may arise because you cannot obtain access through the Platform interface during the recovery period.

6. TRANSACTIONS AND ORDERS

6.1. Place of execution. The transactions on DEX Markets take place on the blockchain (onchain) at decentralised exchanges through Third Party Providers and Protocols and smart contracts. Orders are subject to the rules of the relevant protocols. The place of execution and the trading venue are not provided by Paribu.

6.2. Irreversibility. Transactions carried out on the blockchain are final; they cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed. Before approving the transaction, you need to examine the relevant transaction details carefully.

6.3. Funding. In order for you to transact on DEX Markets, an asset (for example a permitted stablecoin such as USDT) must be present in your wallet at Paribu (spot balance) in an amount equal to the amount you wish to transact. In a purchase transaction, the amount you will spend passes to your self-custody wallet with your passkey signature. In the sale of a crypto asset acquired on DEX Markets, the crypto asset in your self-custody wallet is converted back into the permitted stablecoin, again with your passkey signature, and is transferred to your wallet at Paribu.

6.4. Transaction time. No guarantee is given as to how long transactions will take. You accept the risks that may arise during the period until the transactions take place.

6.5. Pricing and slippage. The prices on DEX Markets are not under Paribu’s control. A difference (slippage) may arise between the price at the moment of the transaction and the executed price; in low liquidity this difference may grow. In order to protect you from the possibility of that price deviation being large, a maximum slippage limit may be applied; if this limit is exceeded, the transaction may not take place. The slippage parameters applied may be changed at any time and/or no slippage may be applied.

6.6. Price impact and liquidity. High-volume transactions may significantly affect the price of the relevant pool; insufficient liquidity may lead to the transaction not taking place at all or taking place at a price against you. If the third party provider or protocol cannot find a suitable route, the transaction does not start.

6.7. Validity of the quote. The asset values (quote) shown before the transaction are valid only for a limited period. When the period expires, a current quote is obtained; if the current quote differs from the previous one by more than a certain threshold, a notification may be shown to you.

6.8. Risks arising from transaction ordering. Situations arising from the ordering of transactions on the blockchain may lead to your transaction being executed at a price different from the expected one and to a result against you.

6.9. Token approval. Some transactions may require token spending authority (token approval) to be given to a smart contract. Giving authority to malicious or faulty smart contracts may lead to loss of funds; the consequences of these authorisations belong to you.

6.10. Token risk. The risk of transacting with fake/counterfeit tokens, low-liquidity tokens or malicious (rug pull) tokens belongs to you.

6.11. Network conditions. Because of network congestion and technical issues, transactions may be delayed, may fail or may be cancelled. The network fees (gas) required by the transactions on DEX Markets are collected from you on the network while the transaction is being carried out; these fees are not shown to you separately. Costs and losses may also arise because of failed or cancelled transactions.

6.12. Protocol changes. Changes made in Third Party Protocols, smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle pricing errors, the terms of the Service changed by a Third Party Provider and similar technical issues are outside Paribu’s control and may affect transaction results.

6.13. Loss of all assets and disputes. You acknowledge, declare and undertake that, because of the risks listed above, you may lose all of the assets subject to the transactions, that disputes may arise regarding transaction results, and that you are exclusively responsible for all transaction decisions you make.

6.14. You accept that the transactions carried out on DEX Markets are different from traditional investment instruments and from the transactions carried out on Paribu’s spot markets, and that they involve higher risk.

7. TRANSFER RULES

7.1. Only permitted stablecoins can be transferred to your self-custody wallet.

7.2. You accept that you cannot request transfers to your self-custody wallet with other asset types.

7.3. Because of the technical structure of the relevant blockchain network and of the Third Party Providers or Protocols, the transfers made from or to your self-custody wallet cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed. You are exclusively responsible for all losses arising from transfers made to the wrong address, over the wrong network or with incorrect information.

7.4. It is not possible for assets to be transferred to your self-custody wallet from a wallet, exchange, protocol or blockchain address not envisaged by Paribu. If such a situation is detected, your access to your self-custody wallet may be terminated and your ability to carry out DeFi transactions may be restricted or terminated.

8. FEES, NETWORK FEES AND TAXES

8.1. Provider Fee. For the transactions on DEX Markets, the Provider Fee is shown to you in the transaction summary. It is the amount collected within the scope of the transactions you carry out on DEX Markets through Third Party Providers and Partners. It is deducted from the input asset of the transaction (from the amount spent in a purchase, from the token sold in a sale).

8.2. Network fees (gas). The network fees (gas fee) arising from your transactions on DEX Markets are collected from you on the network while the transaction is being carried out; these fees are not shown to you separately and are outside the Provider Fee.

8.3. Taxes. Determining, declaring and paying every kind of tax that may apply to the transactions on DEX Markets is your responsibility.

9. TRANSACTIONS

9.1. You can carry out the transactions you wish to make at Third Party Providers or Protocols through your own self-custody wallet via the Platform interface, since Paribu provides an interface that allows you to use your self-custody wallet. After you complete the necessary security and verification steps at Paribu, these transactions are transmitted directly by you to the relevant Third Party Partners and Third Party Providers and will be processed within the framework of their rules, technical conditions, network status and liquidity possibilities.

9.2. Since the transactions take place at Third Party Providers, the execution speed, price, order, result and finality of transaction requests depend on the conditions of the Third Party Providers, the network status, liquidity, oracle data and smart contract operation. You accept that there may be transactions that do not take place or that take place at a different price because of market operation, liquidity conditions, market depth, sudden price changes, price deviations, transaction failures, missing order matches, blockchain delays or errors of the Third Party Providers or Protocols.

9.3. You are exclusively responsible for the content, accuracy, timing and transaction parameters of the transaction you will carry out with your self-custody wallet, and for having made a sufficient risk assessment for the relevant transaction. You are responsible for the consequences arising from transactions that are created incorrectly, incompletely, wrongly or not in line with your will.

9.4. Certain restrictions may be applied to transactions, such as a maximum transaction value, daily/monthly transaction limits or asset type limits.

9.5. There may be delays, errors or data differences between the information displayed on the Platform and the data at the Third Party Providers and Partners, or arising from the blockchain networks.

9.6. The transactions on DEX Markets are not subject to the Legislation; you accept every kind of risk that will arise from this.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

10.1. The interface is offered “as is”, “as available” and “without warranty”. Paribu gives no representation or warranty that the interface or the transactions on DEX Markets will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, defect-free or fit for a particular purpose.

10.2. Paribu is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, loss, loss of profit, or any special, incidental or indirect harm arising from or relating to the transactions on DEX Markets and the use of the interface. In this context Paribu is under no circumstances responsible, in particular, for your inability to access your self-custody wallet or your assets, for your losing the passkey or failing to keep it secure, for the transactions, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, vulnerabilities and faults of Third Party Providers or Partners, for the operation of blockchain networks and oracle systems, for price deviation, for price impact, for insufficient liquidity, for results arising from transaction ordering (MEV/front-running/sandwich), for losses arising from token approval, for fake/malicious tokens or assets in the nature of a rug pull, for network congestion or failed/cancelled transactions, for changes in crypto asset values and for the inability to transact.

10.3. You acknowledge, declare and undertake that you will not claim any compensation for damages from Paribu because of the matters explained, and that in this context you irrevocably release Paribu.

10.4. Since the transactions you carry out on DEX Markets with your self-custody wallet through the interface provided on the Platform take place at Third Party Providers and Partners, Paribu is not responsible for the results of these transactions, for performance interruptions, for errors, for the liquidity situation, for the data sources, for the oracle systems, for the smart contracts, for the transaction rules or for the outcomes that may apply to you.

You acknowledge, declare and undertake that Paribu is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including the matters listed below:

  • Interruptions, delays and other technical issues,
  • The value of a stablecoin deviating from the reference asset or losing its stability,
  • Smart contract errors, vulnerabilities or unexpected behaviour,
  • Oracle data sources providing incorrect, delayed or manipulated data,
  • Third Party Protocols or integrations failing, terminating or changing,
  • Cyber attacks and unauthorised access,
  • Network interruptions and technical infrastructure issues,
  • Legislative changes, regulatory decisions, sanction decisions or access restrictions,
  • Your assets being partially or completely lost,
  • The acts or omissions of Third Party Providers,
  • Price deviation,
  • Your transacting wrongly, incompletely or incorrectly.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1. The software, designs, interfaces, texts, logos, domain names and all other content on the Platform and in the Interface, together with the intellectual and industrial property rights relating to them, belong to Paribu or to the relevant rights holders.

11.2. Paribu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use that cannot be sublicensed. You cannot copy, reproduce, change or reverse engineer these elements without Paribu’s written permission.

12. TERMINATION

12.1. We may terminate your access to the Interface that enables DEX Markets to be displayed at any time.

12.2. If you act contrary to these Terms of Use and/or the Legislation, if you do not meet the identification/compliance requirements, or on security grounds, Paribu has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the interface temporarily or permanently. Even in these cases, control over the assets in the self-custody wallet belongs to you.

12.4. The provisions of these Terms of Use on the limitation of liability, release, intellectual property, applicable law and competent court continue to remain in force after the Terms of Use terminate.

13. LEGAL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY

13.1. Paribu cannot in any way be held responsible for, and accepts no liability for, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, arising from tort (including negligence), from pre-contractual statements or from any other legal ground.

13.2. In the event that the general disclaimer above is deemed wholly or partly invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by the relevant applicable law or competent court, the total, cumulative and maximum liability for compensation of Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. that may arise in connection with any claim cannot, for any reason and under any circumstances, exceed the amount of 1000 USDT (one thousand Tether). You irrevocably acknowledge, declare and undertake that you irreversibly waive all rights to compensation exceeding this amount.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1. Paribu reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without being subject to any notice.

14.2. These Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure, which is an integral part of them, constitute the entire agreement between the parties on the subject.

14.3. Any provision of the Terms of Use being deemed invalid or unenforceable does not affect the validity of the other provisions; the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid provision closest to the interest intended to be protected.

14.4. The non-exercise or delayed exercise of any right arising from the Terms of Use does not mean that the right has been waived.

14.5. Paribu may freely transfer and assign its rights and obligations.

14.6. In disputes between the parties, Paribu’s electronic records and its server and database records constitute conclusive evidence within the meaning of Article 193 of Civil Procedure Law No. 6100.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

15.1. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these Terms of Use and to every kind of transaction and relationship arising from them, and the provisions are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

15.2. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use.

15.3. You acknowledge, declare and undertake that you have read and understood all provisions of these Terms of Use separately and that you approve them in their entirety. These Terms of Use enter into force the moment they are approved by you in the electronic environment.
