On Paribu, you can cancel an active staking position before its term ends. In case of early cancellation, the estimated reward is not earned; only the principal you locked in the pool is returned to your balance. To cancel multiple active positions at once, you can also use the bulk cancel option.
When you cancel a position, the following steps take place:
Warning: Early cancellation cannot be reversed. To earn the full estimated reward, the amount must remain in the pool throughout the term.
Your active positions are listed in the Pending tab of the screen that opens from the Transactions icon at the top of the screen. To cancel a position, follow these steps:
Tip: You can start the cancellation directly without going to the details screen by tapping the Cancel button shown on the right side of the position row.
If you want to end multiple active positions in a single action, you can use the Cancel all link next to the earn section heading in the Pending tab of the Transactions screen. When you tap the link, the question "Are you sure you want to cancel all your staking transactions?" is shown in the confirmation window. To confirm, tap the red Cancel all button at the bottom of the window; all your active positions are cancelled at the same time and the principal amounts are returned to your balance.
Note: Bulk cancellation covers all positions that are active at the time of cancellation. If you have positions you do not want to cancel, it is recommended to manage them with the individual cancel method.
When the cancellation is confirmed, the principal amount is transferred to your balance within a short time. The reflection time may vary from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the operation of the network and the pool. If you think your balance has not been updated after cancellation, you can refresh the screen by pulling it down or check the asset's available balance again on the Wallet tab.
