How do I reactivate my account?

August 24, 2026

If you froze your Paribu account and want to start using it again, you can submit your request through Paribu Support. Reactivation is only done through support channels; you cannot access your account yourself after the freeze.

What should I do to reactivate my account?

To reactivate your frozen account, simply contact the Paribu Support team and submit your request. Once your request is received, the support team gets in touch with you and starts the identity verification process. When the process is complete, your account and the assets in your account are made accessible again.

Contact channels:

Phone: 0850 303 60 00 (24/7)
Live support chat: You can start it from the Paribu Support section on the Paribu app or Paribu.com

Note: To help your request be resolved quickly, it is recommended to have your full name, Turkish ID number, email address, and phone number registered to your Paribu account ready. The Paribu Support team may also request additional documents to verify your identity.

How long does the reactivation process take?

The reactivation time depends on the Paribu Support team's completion of the identity verification process and on the requested documents being submitted by you. To get up-to-date information about the process, you can stay in contact with Paribu Support after your request is created.

Note: When your reactivation request is approved, all your assets and account history are restored as they were. Since your open orders were canceled during the freeze, you need to recreate those orders when the account is reopened.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reactivate my account myself?

If you want to use it again, you can contact Paribu Support. For details about the account closure process, see How do I close my Paribu account?.
