Bringing crypto, DeFi, and equities under one roof, Paribu is becoming an end-to-end investing app for those who want to see their portfolio in one place, track performance in real time, put every balance to work, and manage risk at every step. Starting today, live data for equities, certificates (commodity), and ETFs listed on Borsa İstanbul and US exchanges goes live, giving concrete form to the move into capital markets.
The changes are not limited to financial instruments. Paribu Pass introduces a new ticketing experience across culture, art, and entertainment, opening every layer of the Paribu universe through a single account.
This is a long-term transformation, not a one-off product set. The infrastructure has been built, and the first products are ready to use.
Why now
Across Türkiye and the world, retail investor behavior is shifting from impulsive buy-sell moves toward disciplined, diversified portfolio management. Switching between apps, tracking a separate portfolio on each, reading news in one place and prices in another, wears investors down. Reflex-driven trades give way to proactive theses, scattered balances to single-screen portfolios, snap decisions to data-driven strategy. At the same time, onchain capabilities are diversifying asset classes by the day.
Leading the development of Türkiye’s digital asset ecosystem since 2017, Paribu launched ColdShield®, its proprietary digital asset custody technology, in 2024 to safeguard user assets at global standards. The move into traditional assets took concrete form in 2025, when Paribu Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. received its brokerage establishment authorization. Hyper Engine, brought online last year and capable of 7.6 million orders per second, prepared the infrastructure for the most extreme market scenarios. The addition of Clave, an account abstraction team that joined Paribu, advanced its onchain capabilities further.
DeFi, on Paribu
With its DeFi integration, Paribu carries the centralized trading experience into decentralized finance. A DeFi tab on the Markets screen makes it possible to buy and sell hundreds of DeFi assets with a Paribu balance, with positions tracked at total value on the Wallet screen. In a self-custodial setup, assets stay under the user’s control and every transaction takes place onchain.
Paribu runs a security screen on every token, covering contract verification, ownership structure, and liquidity. The DeFi wallet’s passkey-based structure, recovery assurance, and seed-phrase-free architecture are a direct reflection of Paribu’s self-custody work to date. In the period ahead, DeFi will add more network support and access to more tokens from a single interface.
A first in Türkiye: perpetual contracts and option markets
With the latest update, perpetual contracts and option markets can now be reached through the Paribu interface. Perpetuals are offered via Hyperliquid infrastructure; option markets via Polymarket infrastructure. Paribu positions itself as an interface provider that displays this data, while order matching and settlement happen onchain. In a self-custodial setup, control stays entirely with the user, who is informed of the estimated price impact and the irreversible nature of each transaction before it is made.
Equities, coming soon
Having signaled its move into capital markets with brokerage establishment authorization under the name Paribu Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in October 2025, Paribu is now giving that signal concrete form. Equities, ETFs, and certificates listed on Borsa İstanbul and US exchanges are coming to the Paribu experience very soon. Paribu Pass: one account, a new ticketing experience
Paribu Pass offers event tickets across concerts, theater, cinema, and festivals. It can be used with a Paribu account, with no separate account required. Advantages start with the first ticket: members who buy at least two tickets in total reach Expert status and earn a 2% discount on later tickets, while those at Green status who buy five or more different event tickets rise to Pass Premium, with a 4% discount on selected events and a 10% discount across all Paribu Art events and selected events.
Built for tomorrow’s world
Paribu’s one-stop strategy is matched by its approach to engineering, technology, and design. Rather than the monolithic engines common in the sector, Hyper Engine uses a horizontally scalable architecture and powers trading with capacity for 7.6 million orders per second. A new product development approach, in which AI-based tools are actively used, brings users an end-to-end standardized design system that will keep the experience consistent across every touchpoint, from finance to life.
Other details that stand out: a Wallet screen showing the entire portfolio with daily, weekly, and monthly profit/loss by asset, asset class, and currency; a Markets discovery hub spanning crypto, DeFi, and equities; Quick and Advanced views with tools such as RSI, MACD, and Bollinger bands; a four-tier loyalty program (Green, Green+, Black, Black+) spanning the whole Paribu universe; and 24/7 in-app live support.
