Yasin Oral, the Founder and CEO of Paribu, is a Turkish entrepreneur and businessperson. His interest in entrepreneurship began during his university years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree from Gazi University. He launched Paribu on February 14, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

Biography of Yasin Oral<\/b><\/h2>\n

Born in Ankara, Yasin Oral stepped into the world of technology and software during his high school years. In 2001, while still a student, he participated in a competition organized by TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and contributed to the institution’s web projects during this period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yasin Oral’s entrepreneurial journey began during his university years. While studying Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gazi University, he launched one of the largest digital platforms of its time in 2008, enabling coordination between service providers and clients in the transportation and logistics industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

After graduating from Gazi University in 2009, Oral founded Matbuu in 2010, Türkiye’s first online printing service offering a digital solution to traditional print needs. In the following years, he strengthened his presence in the technology sector through route visualization and distance calculation projects that reached over 250,000 daily users.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yasin Oral is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Informatics Foundation (TBV), the Steering Committee of the Blockchain Turkey Platform (BCTR), and Endeavor Turkey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yasin Oral launched <\/span>Paribu<\/b><\/a> in February 2017, a company that develops innovative blockchain-based products and services and plays a key role in the development of Türkiye’s crypto asset ecosystem. Through its exchange, Paribu offers users a fast, easy, and secure experience with access to more than 190 crypto assets. With <\/span>Paribu Custody<\/b><\/a>, Türkiye’s first and only digital-asset custody provider powered by its proprietary multi-layered security architecture <\/span>ColdShield®<\/b>, the company delivers institutional-grade custody solutions. Through <\/span>Paribu Self<\/b><\/a>, it also provides individuals and businesses with a self-custodial crypto-wallet application.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2017, Paribu has evolved far beyond being a crypto asset exchange, expanding into a broad ecosystem of brands that actively support culture, arts, sports, and education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paribu has been running grant programs and collaborations through <\/span>Paribu Hub<\/b><\/a>, focusing on universities, student clubs, and community initiatives that contribute to the ecosystem. Under the <\/span>Paribu Reads<\/span><\/a> initiative, Paribu aims to enhance technological and financial literacy by bringing key reference books on blockchain, web3, and DeFi to Turkish readers. Through <\/span>Paribu Ventures<\/b><\/a>, Paribu’s venture capital arm, the company invests in blockchain, crypto asset, web3, and fintech startups.  Since 2021, Paribu has continued its efforts under <\/span>Team Paribu<\/b><\/a> to support the future of sports culture in Türkiye.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since its foundation, Paribu has contributed to expanding the reach of the arts in Türkiye through numerous collaborations and partnerships. In 2025, it strengthened this commitment with the launch of <\/span>Paribu Art<\/b><\/a>, a dedicated art and culture space that provides an expressive platform for interdisciplinary creators. Located in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Paribu Art hosts not only cultural and artistic events but also inspiring summits, conferences, and gatherings. In 2025, Paribu further expanded its contribution to the cultural sphere with <\/span>Paribu Pass<\/b><\/a>, a community-oriented ticketing platform that offers a seamless experience for all stakeholders of culture and the arts—from theatre and cinema to concerts and festivals.<\/span><\/p>\n
