Paribu is a Day 1 launch partner for Arc, the open Layer-1 network designed by Circle. Arc is now live on public mainnet, and Paribu supports USDC deposits and withdrawals over the network from that first day.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is Arc?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Arc<\/span><\/a> is positioned as the Economic OS for the internet, an open, EVM compatible Layer-1 platform built for the world’s financial markets, real-time money movement, and agentic economic activity. The launch follows a private phase with more than 100 ecosystem and institutional builders, who tested it across stablecoin payments, tokenized asset issuance, global foreign exchange and institutional onchain markets.<\/span><\/p>\n

The network is secured by a geo-diverse validator set of known institutions, among them Circle, BlackRock, Mastercard, Visa, Intercontinental Exchange and Standard Chartered.<\/span><\/p>\n

USDC deposits and withdrawals over Arc, now available on Paribu<\/b><\/h2>\n

Paribu users can move USDC to and from the platform over Arc from the network’s first day on mainnet, and with gas on Arc paid in USDC, a transfer does not require holding a second asset to cover the fee. Circle reports an average transaction cost <\/span>less than $0.01<\/b> on Arc’s public testnet in the week to 26 August 2026, and states that finality is deterministic and reached in under one second. Support from the network’s first day also means an asset issued on Arc is within reach in Paribu DeFi at the same time as it is for the rest of the market.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the institutional side, institutional clients can hold their Arc assets in custody with Paribu Custody from launch, under ColdShield®, Paribu’s proprietary technology combining hardware security modules, multi-party computation, and secure enclaves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Support at mainnet is a starting point<\/b><\/h2>\n

Arc’s scope reaches beyond stablecoin transfers to local fiat stablecoins, tokenized assets and programmable Bitcoin, with lending, borrowing, trading, onchain foreign exchange, payments and tokenized asset markets live on the network at launch. A network that wide matters for the markets Paribu operates in, Türkiye and the wider MENA region within a broader emerging-market landscape that includes the CIS.
